Reimbursement Methods of Costs

Applicable passengers are able to settle their expenses online via PC or mobile phone.
Please prepare receipts showing expenses incurred as accommodation and/or transportation costs.

    Notification is sent to your email address, SMS and ANA App which you registered upon reservation.

    Please apply for settlement of your expenses within 30 days from the scheduled departure date. (Date of flight cancellation or delay)

    Although it normally takes approximately 10 to 14 days to confirm application details after an application is submitted, it may take approximately one month depending on the circumstances (e.g. in the case of large numbers of flight delays/cancellations).
