With this service, you can request your own dedicated ANA staff member. The staff member will then accompany and support you throughout your journey at Haneda Airport so that you can prepare for departure with peace of mind.

Customers using this service are kindly requested to complete a survey that will be sent to them at a later date.
With this service, you can request your own dedicated ANA staff member. The staff member will then accompany and support you throughout your journey at Haneda Airport so that you can prepare for departure with peace of mind.
Please come to an ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN counter (staffed check-in counter) to check in.
Your dedicated airport staff member will accompany you through the security checkpoint and then show you to one of the ANA Lounges.
You will be able to relax in the ANA Lounge before boarding your flight.
For details on the services available in the lounge, please see ANA Lounge (Main North) or ANA Lounge (Main South).
Your dedicated staff member will let you know when it is time to board your flight, and will then accompany you to the boarding gate to see you off.
If you have any questions or concerns upon departure, please feel free to let your dedicated staff member know.
You will have priority when claiming your checked baggage.
Passengers aged 65 or older
You can apply for this service as a group of up to 4 people as long as at least one person in the group is aged 65 or older.
Children aged under 3 will not be included in the number of passengers using this service.
Fares for Japan domestic flights (including flight awards)
Please note that Japan domestic flight sectors contained in international flight tickets, open-ended tickets without a reservation, and group fares/inclusive tour fares are not eligible.
Japan domestic flights departing from Haneda Airport: ANA Group-operated flights and codeshare flights operated by other airlines under an ANA flight number
This service cannot be requested for StarFlyer (SFJ)-operated flights, because these flights depart from Haneda Airport Terminal 1.

Please pay the service fee at a check-in counter on the departure date. Only Japanese yen in cash will be accepted.
This service is free for children aged under 3 who are accompanied by an adult aged 20 or older.
Each group (containing up to 4 passengers) requesting this service will be assigned 1 dedicated staff member.

Requests can be made for this service from after reservation completion until 18:00 on the day 2 days prior to boarding.
If you do not purchase your ticket by the payment deadline, your request for this service will be canceled automatically.
We may not be able to accept your request due to the limit we have in place for the number of passengers who can use this service, etc.
This service is not provided for baggage transportation purposes.
You may not be able to access the lounge depending on how busy it is.
Please come to an ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN counter in the departure lobby at Haneda Airport Terminal 2.
You may be asked to present an official piece of documentation proving your age, so please be sure to have such a piece of documentation on you at all times.
You will be refunded if you cannot access the lounge due to it being full, or if you are unable to use our escort service due to your flight being delayed/canceled.
Please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center if you would like to change your flight reservation or cancel your request for this service.
ANA Diamond and Platinum Service Members, ANA Super Flyers Card Members and Star Alliance Gold Members can enjoy lounge access free of charge upon presenting their cards. Premium Class passengers can also enjoy free lounge access.
