Eligible Flights

ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards, All Routes

There is a separate mileage chart showing the amounts of mileage required for the four segments to/from Okinawa's outlying islands, but itineraries containing flights to/from an outlying island in the Okinawa Prefecture (Naha to Miyako or Ishigaki) with a connection in Naha are not eligible for this mileage discount campaign.

Terms and Conditions *Please be sure to read the following carefully before making your reservation.

This campaign is only available online.

  • Tickets reserved and issued using campaign mileage will have some conditions different from regular flight awards.

  • Eligible routes and flights are subject to change without notice during the campaign period. We appreciate your kind understanding in this matter.

Reservations and Ticketing

  • Log in to the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app, and then make a reservation from the flight award reservation tab.

  • Campaign mileage can be used if the itinerary contains only eligible flights which depart and arrive within the eligible period.

  • Campaign mileage and standard mileage can be selected during the eligible period.

  • If all selected segments are part of an eligible itinerary, a selection screen will be displayed at the end of the application screen.

  • If your itinerary contains two segments on routes requiring different mileage amounts, you must reserve and issue a flight award ticket for each segment.

  • The number of seats that can be used with flight award tickets is limited. Thank you for your understanding.

Changes and Refunds

  • Reservation changes are available for flights within the eligible flight period (January 8 to February 28, 2026) on the same segment.

  • Flights cannot be changed to dates falling outside the eligible departure period.

  • Refunds are available for Japan Domestic Flight Awards for which all segments are unused, and require payment of the designated cancellation fee (3,000 miles per person). Please note that, if the miles required for the cancellation fee exceed the number of miles used for the flight award, you will not be charged the difference.

  • Miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.

  • Reservations can be changed on the ANA website for reasons such as bad weather.

  • Reservations for flight awards that are redeemed with ANA Family Miles cannot be changed on the ANA website. In this instance, please call us.

Expiration date

Award tickets issued through this service are valid until the last day of the eligible boarding period.

Other Points to Note

  • Taxes, charges, passenger facility charges, and all other incidental charges incurred in connection with obtaining and using awards must be paid by the award user.

  • Mileage is not accrued when using flight awards.

  • Please see Terms and Conditions for further details on flight awards, including the rules and points to note.
    Please note that the conditions which apply to flight tickets reserved and issued through this campaign will differ in some ways from regular flight tickets. In such cases, the details listed above will take precedence.

  • ANA Card cardholders who wish to have their family members combine miles to redeem awards must register separately for the ANA Card Family Miles service or ANA Mileage Club Family Account Service (AFA).

  • This campaign is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
