The following procedures will be unavailable at certain times of day from August 20 to 22, 2025, due to system maintenance for issuing the 2025 winter schedule (flights during the period October 26 2025 ‐ March 28, 2026). We kindly ask you to try again several hours later if you are affected.
Seat Availability
Seat availability results may not be displayed correctly, i.e., there are no flights available or only a reduced number of flights is shown.
Reservation Change / Cancellation
These procedures will not be available during the system maintenance period.
Please note that the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center will also be unable to accept flight reservations.
Procedures are possible only for flight reservations that have already been purchased.
