Eligible routes and flights are subject to change without notice during the campaign period. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.

Reservations and Ticketing

Please log in to the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app, and then make your reservation from the flight award reservations screen.
Select 'Domestic Award Campaign' in the 'Select Award Type' section of the Flight Search results screen and proceed with your reservation.
Please note that if you make a reservation without selecting 'Domestic Award Campaign,' the discount will not be applied even if the routes and dates are ones that are eligible for the campaign.
The campaign is only applicable if the entire itinerary is within the eligible boarding period.
Please note that the number of seats that can be used with Flight Awards is limited.

Changes and Refunds

Flight tickets issued through this campaign are only valid for the reserved flights.
Flights reserved through this campaign can be changed using the number of miles required for the campaign only when they meet the following conditions. Any other changes will require you to pay the difference from the standard required mileage.
1. Changes processed during the campaign ticket issuance period (September 25 to September 30, 2026)
2. Changing to an itinerary within the campaign's eligible departure period (December 1 to December 23, 2026, and January 7 to January 31, 2027) and for the same segment
Flight Awards that have already been reserved and ticketed using the standard amount of required mileage prior to the start of the campaign will not be eligible for the mileage discount campaign, even if they are for eligible itineraries and within the applicable boarding period.
Refunds are available for Japan Domestic Flight Awards for which all segments are unused, and require payment of the designated refund charge (3,000 miles or 3,000 yen per person). Please note that, if the miles required for the refund charge exceed the number of miles used for the flight award, you will not be charged the difference.
Miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.
Reservations can be changed on the ANA website for reasons such as bad weather.

Other Points to Note

Taxes, charges, passenger facility charges, and all other incidental charges incurred in connection with obtaining and using awards must be paid by the award user.
Mileage is not accrued when using award tickets.
Please see Terms and Conditions for further details on flight awards, including the rules and points to note. Please note that the conditions which apply to flight tickets reserved and issued through this campaign will differ in some ways from regular flight tickets. In such cases, the details listed above will take precedence.
ANA Card cardholders who wish to have their family members combine miles to redeem awards must register for the ANA Card Family Miles service.
