In addition, they will receive discount coupons that can be used at eligible stores toward certain purchase amounts and LDF PAY worth 10,000 won that can be used for payment at Lotte Duty Free Stores in Korea. The Ginza store on the 8th floor can also be used by those not scheduled to fly out of Japan.

Regardless of your destination, if you are within 60 days of a scheduled departure, you can make purchases prior to traveling and then pick up your items at the airport when you depart. Simply show your passport and flight ticket (that confirm you are flying overseas).

How to Receive VIP Gold Status

Go to the Gift Desk at an eligible store and present your ANA status card/digital card, passport and the below barcode for issuing VIP Gold Status, and fill in the requisite items on the VIP Gold Status application form. VIP Gold Status will be issued to you immediately.
After the status has been issued, you can check your VIP GOLD benefits online and in the app.

The issuing process at the Ginza Store is different. Please go to the Information desk on the 9th floor of the Ginza Store for details on the issuing process.

ANA Super Flyers members are required to present a status card or digital card, not a credit card.

The expiration date of your VIP GOLD status will differ depending on the store where it was issued.
When VIP GOLD Status is Issued at the Ginza Store:
- VIP GOLD statuses issued at the Ginza store can be used for a period of five years at any overseas stores, with the exception of South Korean stores.
- When using South Korean stores, your VIP GOLD status will also need to be issued at a South Korean store.
When VIP GOLD Status is Issued at a South Korean Store:
- Valid for a period of one year.

If your VIP GOLD status was issued at the Ginza Store (an overseas store), please check your status in-store, as the correct status will not be reflected on the website or app.

Receive discount coupons that can be used toward certain purchase amounts at eligible stores.
The coupon can be used any number of times between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026.

Stores in Korea Coupons：Only once per day.

Stores in Ginza Coupons：Only once per departure overseas.

Available only to the individual.

TAX-FREE items and some brands are not eligible for coupon discounts.

Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons or value coupons.

The total purchase amount will be applied to the settlement amount after various discounts.

This discount coupon is only available to those who plan to leave Japan within 60 days of the purchase date.
