This service offers an excellent selection of limited-edition items available exclusively on board ANA flights, as well as original ANA products developed in collaboration with leading brands.
ANA Card members making a purchase with an eligible card will receive a 10% discount.
The same members can also earn even more miles with their purchases (excludes some products).

How to Accrue Miles

Present your ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card when purchasing an in-flight sales product. Miles can be earned even if an ANA Card is not used for payment.

Mileage Accrual Date

After the purchase, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.

Use of your ANA Card with miles or ANA Shopping Points will result in a 10% discount being applied to your ANA Card payment amount after the miles or points you used are deducted.

ANA STORE@SKY does not accept in-flight payment using ANA Diamond Service "In-flight/Airport Shopping Coupons." If you would like to pay using the Coupons, please inquire with the Customer Support Desk.
After receiving your inquiry, we will send you an "application form" and "envelope." Please fill in the necessary information and mail them back to us.

ANA Gift Cards and ANA FESTA Coupons cannot be used for the payment of orders made using the "application form."

Handling of Miles upon Returning Items

Please note that if you return an item purchased using miles, you will be refunded in ANA Shopping Points rather than in miles.
