The Ascott Limited (Ascott) operates brands that span approximately 40 countries and 240 cities worldwide. From city hotels and resorts to serviced residences and co-living spaces, Ascott offers a "hotel-in-residence" experience tailored to a variety of travel styles. Ascott's network extends across Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States, with a global presence through 14 brands: Ascott, Citadines, lyf, Oakwood, Somerset, Crest Collection, Unlimited Collection, FOX, HARRIS, POP!, Preference, Quest, Vertu, and Yello.

Miles are accrued based on accommodation charges eligible for ASR points.

Accommodation charges eligible for ASR points at participating Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) partner properties.

ASR partner properties in India, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States (The Domain Hotel only) are not eligible for mileage accrual.

How to Earn Miles

Registration for Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) is required.
Go to "My Account Settings," select "All Nippon Airways" under "Earn Miles," and register your "ANA Mileage Club (AMC) customer number (10 digits)" and "Full Name (Last Name, First Name)."
Sign up to Ascott Star Rewards
Stays prior to enrolling in the ASR program are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Bookings must be made directly through Ascott's direct booking channels (Discover ASR website, app, e-mail, phone, walk-in etc. or authorised channels) at participating ASR properties.
Bookings made through online travel agencies or other third-party channels are not eligible.

Mileage Accrual Date

It takes approximately 1 to 2 months for mileage accrual to be confirmed after your stay.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

We cannot accept retroactive mileage registrations.

Notes

Please register your AMC membership information with the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) program by your check-out date. You can do this from "Earn Miles" under "My Account Settings."
The AMC customer information registered with the ASR program must exactly match the customer information registered with AMC.
AMC miles will only be awarded for Qualifying Bookings that have been checked out.
In the case of multiple Qualifying Bookings with the same stay period under the same member, AMC miles wil be awarded for one(1) Qualifying Booking only.
Only the member who made the reservation is eligible for mileage accrual.
This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns, or gift cards.
