Orico Points are points that can be earned through Orico Mall purchases and various promotions. Orico members can use the Lifestyle Miles that they earn from credit card purchases on Orico Mall to redeem Orico Points. These Orico Points can in turn be used to redeem miles through the Orico Point Gateway members-only website. There are no mileage redemption handling fees.

Mileage Redemption Rate

5 Orico Points = 3 miles
Orico Points can be earned through Orico Mall purchases and various promotions.
Orico members can use the Lifestyle Miles that they earn from credit card purchases on Orico Mall to redeem Orico Points.

1,000 Orico Points (600 miles) [minimum required usage = 1,000 Orico Points (600 miles)]

Mileage Accrual Eligibility

ANA Mileage Club members who have registered as Orico Point Gateway members.

How to Accrue Miles

Go to the Orico Web website (Text is available in Japanese only.), log into the Orico Point Gateway, and complete the mileage redemption procedures.

Customers must register for Orico Point Gateway (no registration fee) in order to use the service.

You must enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number.

Mileage Accrual Date

After submitting the application, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Point redemption may not be processed as expected due to reasons such as incorrect entry of the ANA Mileage Club membership number.

Redemption of mileage is not automatic. A request must be submitted each time.
Applications to redeem Orico Points for miles are only accepted through the Orico Point Gateway.
Orico Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back. Miles also cannot be redeemed for Orico Points.
