Information and Cautions Regarding Partner Point Redemption

There is a limit on the cumulative number of redemptions during the same fiscal year (April 1 to March 31 of the following year) and the number of redemptions that can be made per day.

Daily Limit on Redemption: Rule 2 will be added for redemption requests from April 22, 2026, with a total of up to two units (20,000 miles) per day for specific partner points.

Rule 1 Cumulative Number of Redemptions in 1 Fiscal Year

Eligibility: All partner points (total)

The redemption rate changes according to the cumulative number of miles exchanged during the same fiscal year (April 1 to March 31 of the following year).

First unit

Equivalent of 10,000 points
Redemption rate 100%

Second unit
20,000 miles in total
Equivalent of 20,000 points
Redemption rate 100%

Third unit
30,000 miles in total
Equivalent of 5,000 points
Redemption rate 50%

Rule 2 Daily Redemption Limit

Eligibility: Specific partner points

The partner points listed below can only be redeemed up to a certain number of times per day.

From 4/22 Up to 2 units per day A total of up to two units (20,000 miles) per day can be redeemed for the above partner points. A total of up to two units (20,000 miles) per day can be redeemed for the above partner points.

For customers who are ANA To Me CARD PASMO JCB series cardholders, the redemption rate (10,000 miles = 10,000 Metro Points) remains applicable regardless of the number of points redeemed for affiliated partners points during a year.

For ANA TOKYU POINT ClubQ PASMO MasterCard cardholders, the redemption rate (10,000 miles = 10,000 Tokyu Points) remains applicable regardless of the number of points redeemed for affiliated partners points during a year.

For ANA VISA Suica Card cardholders, the redemption rate (10,000 miles = JPY 10,000 Suica value) remains applicable regardless of the number of points redeemed for affiliated partners points during a year.
