Dollar Rent A Car offers a wide range of popular vehicles, including 7-seater minivans, and attractive rates to meet the needs of customers. We have extensive support available, including a 24-hour Japanese language assistance number (U.S. only) for your peace of mind in the event that anything should happen.
Extensive support, including a 24-hour toll-free assistance number, is also available for greater peace of mind.
Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day. Customers who have never used car rental services outside Japan can also receive support from call center staff by telephone.

How to Accrue Miles

When Making Reservations: Forty-eight hours prior to departing Japan, please call the Dollar Car Rental Reservation Center or make a reservation via our website.

For local payment plan reservations: Please provide your ANA Mileage Club number (10 digits) and the Corporate Discount Program (CDP) number 3072653.
For Japan payment plan reservations: Please provide your ANA Number

After Arriving at the Destination: When picking up the vehicle from the Dollar Car Rental office at the destination, please present the required items (Japanese or international driver's license (excluding Hawaii), credit card) as well as your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card and inform them that you wish to accrue mileage.

Mileage Accrual Date

Miles can only be accrued by the person named in the car rental contract.
This is only applicable for the United States (including Hawaii) and its territories (excluding Guam).
Only customers who are 20 years of age or older, have both a valid Japanese driver's license and international driver's license, and a credit card that can be used for purchases outside Japan are eligible. (Please note that conditions may differ depending on the state.)
Vehicles can be rented in Hawaii even you only have a Japanese driver's license.
