Mileage Registration Process

STEP 1

When making the reservation / On the departure date

Register your ANA Mileage Club membership number when making your reservation or at the departure airport.
STEP 2

After the flight

Retain the boarding pass or Flight/Boarding Information Slip.
STEP 3

1-2 days after the departure date

Mileage will be credited to your account.

Simply provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when making your reservation. You can also do this via the ANA website.

Registering Mileage at the Airport on the Departure Date

Use the self-service check-in machines located in the airport departure lobby and the boarding gates and follow the instructions on the screen to register your miles.

After the Flight

If you change your reserved flight or upgrade at the airport on the departure date, your mileage will not be accrued automatically. Please retain all documents which are required for retroactive mileage registration until after you have confirmed that the mileage has been credited to your account.

Number of Days Required for Mileage Accrual

Mileage will be credited to your account 1-2 days after the departure date.

Registering Mileage When Connecting to Another Flight

Registration procedures are required at each connecting airport.

Please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card when checking in.

How to Check Your Mileage Balance

ANA Internet Service (ANA Website)

Please log into the ANA website (PC/smartphone) and view your Mileage Account Summary to check your mileage balance.

Mileage balance information will be sent by email once a month.
