Mileage Registration Process

STEP 1

When making the reservation / On the departure date

Register your ANA Mileage Club membership number when making your reservation or at the departure airport.
STEP 2

After the flight

Retain the documents required for mileage confirmation.
STEP 3

2-3 days after the departure date

Mileage will be credited to your account.

Provide or register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number.

This is also required when purchasing a ticket under the ANA flight number for a codeshare flight that is operated by an ANA partner airline.

Procedures can be completed at self-service check-in machines*1 or check-in counters.
Please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card.

Self-service check-in machine services are not available to customers who are using codeshare flights operated with ANA flight numbers by ANA partner airlines as well as customers who are using Narita-Mumbai flights.

If you change your reserved flight or upgrade at the airport on the departure date, your mileage may not be accrued automatically. Please retain all documents that are required for retroactive mileage registration until after you have confirmed that the mileage has been credited to your account.
If you are unable to confirm that the mileage has been credited to your account, please complete retroactive mileage registration within six months from the afternoon of the day after the departure date (Japan time).
Mileage cannot be accrued for flights boarded before joining the ANA Mileage Club.

For ANA flights, mileage will be credited to your account approximately 2-3 days after the departure date.

In the case of codeshare flights with ANA flight numbers operated by partner airlines, it takes from 3days to 1month after the date of departure for miles to be added to the account.
