Japan domestic fares applicable to flights boarding up to MM DD, YY will be closed for new bookings, ticketing and boarding on MM DD, YY(before).

Your ticket cannot be used for reservation changes or flights boarding on/after MM DD, YY, even if it is still valid.

Refunds for flight tickets are accepted on the ANA website until MM DD, YY. If you wish to receive a refund on/after MM DD, YY, please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center*.

What is the ANA FLEX?
The ANA FLEX is a fare with four different fare amounts, from type A to D, which are based on expected seat availability.
You will be shown the cheapest ANA FLEX available for your reservation/purchase from types A to D. The fares shown will depend on expected seat availability for each flight.

The fare amount will be indicated by adding A, B, C or D to the the fare name as follows: "ANA FLEX-A", "ANA FLEX-B", etc. (ANA FLEX-D is the cheapest.)

For reservations made on or after February 3, 2025, the reservation period for Flight Awards will be open from 9:30 a.m. 355 days prior to the departure date and until the day before the departure date.
