Procedures at the Airport

Boarding Procedures

Customers flying on Galaxy Flights (NH999/NH1000) can use the Online Check-in. If you have not yet purchased your ticket, please use the self-service check-in machines at the airport to complete boarding procedures.

Customers flying on Flight NH1000 can complete boarding procedures at Naha Airport from 02:00 on the day of departure.

Naha Airport is closed between 00:00 and 01:00. Please keep this in mind when coming to the airport.

Attention: Customers booking Premium Class flights

Some services differ from the standard premium class services within Premium Class on Galaxy Flights. For further information, please see below.

The ANA Premium Check-in Counter and ANA Suite Check-in Counter are available for use until 21:00 (JST).

A limited area of the ANA LOUNGE (Main Terminal Building North Side) is available for use. The ANA LOUNGE (Main Terminal Building South Side) and the ANA SUITE LOUNGE are available for use until 21:00 (JST) and 21:20 (JST) respectively.

Attention: Customers with connecting flights

Customers departing from Tokyo (Haneda) on Flight NH999:

Through check-in is available when connecting to Flight NH999 from an international or Japan domestic flight from other airports.
Through check-in cannot be used when traveling from Okinawa Airport.

However, you will not be able to use Haneda Airport connection facilities after 20:00 (JST). Passengers connecting to Flight NH999 from flights landing at Haneda Airport after 20:00 should exit out of the arrivals lobby, proceed to the departures lobby, clear security and then proceed to the boarding gate.

Domestic airports/Airports outside Japan Tokyo (Haneda) NH999 Arrival Airport

Customers departing from Okinawa (Naha) on Flight NH1000:

If arriving the previous day, through check-in is not available from other airports when connecting to Flight NH1000 from a Japan domestic or international flight.
Through check-in can be used if you are connecting to a Japan domestic or international flight from Haneda Airport.

However, transit facilities at Haneda Airport will not be available for your use.
After exiting out of the arrivals lobby, please proceed to the departures lobby, clear security and then proceed to the boarding gate.

Domestic airports/Airports outside Japan Okinawa (Naha) NH1000 Arrival Airport

Please note:

Duty-free Products from T Galleria By DFS, Okinawa

Customers on the ANA Galaxy Flight from Okinawa (Naha) (NH1000) wishing to shop at T Galleria By DFS, Okinawa must complete their purchases by 19:00 PM on the calendar day before departure.
Your duty-free products will be available for collection at Naha Airport from 2:00 AM onward.

In-flight Sales

Customers will have access to the in-flight sales service.
Suica and other prepaid transport cards cannot be used to pay for purchases made through the in-flight ANA SKY SHOP (in-flight sales) and Drinks and snacks for purchase.

Airport Shops

Shops located beyond the security checkpoints are closed after 21:00 at Haneda Airport and between 21:00 and 06:30 at Naha Airport.

Public Transport

Public transport is not available upon arrival for passengers travelling on NH999 to Naha Airport.
Taxis and rental cars are available at Naha Airport in line with the Galaxy Flights schedule. (Reservations must be made in advance.)

Regarding Smoking Rooms

At Haneda Airport, the smoking rooms located past security cannot be used from 21:30.
Please use the smoking room near Clock Tower 3 before passing through security.

Regarding Naha Airport

Naha Airport is closed between 00:00 and 01:00. Please keep this in mind when coming to the airport.
