Tickets for these flights can then be reserved and issued from Wednesday up to the following Tuesday. As for the departure date, you can select a date anywhere between the following Wednesday and the Tuesday of the week after next.

Terms and Conditions

This service is only available on the ANA website.

Flight tickets reserved and issued using "Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile" are subject to terms and conditions that differ from standard flight awards.

  • How to Reserve

    STEP1 Check Available Flights

    Please check the "Available Flights" tab.

    STEP2 Check Seat Availability

    Please check the seat availability on the available flights by clicking on "Search for Flight Awards".

    STEP3 Reserve Award Ticket

    Please select "Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile" under the award type selection on the flight search screen after checking seat availability.

  • Reservations and Ticketing

    • Log in to the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app, and then make a reservation from the flight award reservation tab.

    • "Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile" can be used if the entire itinerary consists of eligible routes and is completed within the eligible boarding period.

    • "Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile" and "Standard Domestic Flight Award" can be selected during the eligible period.

    • "Standard Domestic Flight Award" and "Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile" cannot be combined for ticket issuance.

    • Applicable "Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile" can be used for direct flights on eligible routes only. Connecting itineraries are not eligible.

    • The number of seats that can be used with Flight Awards is limited. Your kind understanding will be appreciated.

  • Changes and Cancellations

    • Flight tickets issued through this service can only be changed to dates within the same eligible reservation and ticketing period, and eligible boarding period. Flights cannot be changed to dates falling outside the eligible reservation and ticketing period or eligible boarding period.

    • Changes to departure and arrival airports are not permitted. However, changes between multi-airports are permitted.
      Routes departing from/arriving in Tokyo: Changes between Haneda Airport and Narita Airport are permitted.
      Routes departing from/arriving in Osaka: Changes between Itami Airport, Kansai Airport, and Kobe Airport are permitted.

    • Refunds are available for Japan domestic flight awards for which all segments are unused, and require payment of the designated refund charge (3,000 miles or 3,000 JPY per person). Please note that if the miles required for the refund charge exceed the number of miles used for the flight award, you will not be charged the difference.

    • If you have already reserved and issued a flight award using the standard amount of mileage required, you will not be able to change to "Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile", even if your flight falls within the eligible boarding period and on an eligible route.

    • Miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded. Also, miles cannot be refunded if the flight ticket has been partially used.

    • For reservation changes due to reasons such as bad weather or equipment malfunctions, please check the ANA website.

    • Reservations redeemed using ANA Family Miles can also be changed on the ANA website.

  • Validity Period

    • Award tickets issued through this service are valid until the last day of the eligible boarding period.
