Revisions to Required Mileage for ANA International
Flight Awards

Except for certain classes and seasons, the required mileage for ANA international flight awards will be revised.

Start Date

The revised required mileage will apply for flight award tickets reserved/issued at 0:00 (JST) on June 24, 2025 and onward.

If a ticket reserved before the above start date is changed after the start date, the new required mileage and rules will apply. For details, please see Application Period of the Revised Required Mileage.

Affected Zones, Service Classes, and Required Mileage

The revised required mileage will apply for the following zones, classes and seasons.
For details on the required mileage, please see Required Mileage Charts.

Economy Class and Premium Economy

Flights depart from/to all zones during high season

Business Class and First Class

Flights depart to/from South Korea and Russia 1 (Zone2), Asia 1 (Zone 3), Asia 2 (Zone 4) and Oceania (Zone 10) in all seasons
Flights depart to/from Hawaii (Zone 5), North America (Zone 6) and Europe and Russia 2 (Zone 7) during high season

Application Period of the Revised Required Mileage

Whether the previous or revised required mileage will apply depends on the timing of new reservations/tickets, changes made after reservation, or waitlisting for available seats.

New reservations/tickets for ANA international flight awards by June 23, 2025
New reservations/tickets for ANA international flight awards on or after June 24, 2025
Passengers with an ANA international flight award ticket booked and issued by June 23, 2025 and changed to a new itinerary (with flights subject to revised required mileage) on or after June 24, 2025
When All Segments are Not Used

The required mileage will be recalculated using the revised required mileage, and any mileage difference will need to be paid for if the required mileage increases.

  If you do not have the required number of miles, the change cannot be made.

  From June 24, 2025, the terms and conditions for international flight awards will be partially revised. If the terms and conditions are not met when completing the change procedure, the reservation cannot be changed via the ANA Website. For details, please see Revisions to Transfer Conditions for Round-Trip Flight Awards.
When Some Segments Have Been Used

Changes to your itinerary can be made without changing the previous required mileage.

  If a departure date change results in a change in the seasonality of your ticket, any difference of required mileage will need to be adjusted.

  If you do not have the required number of miles, the change cannot be made.
If you have made a new ANA international flight award reservation by June 23, 2025 and are on a round-trip or one-way waitlist, and then seats become available on or after June 24, 2025
The revised required mileage will apply.

  If you do not have the required number of miles, the ticket cannot be issued.
- *
  
  From June 24, 2025, the terms and conditions for international flight awards will be partially revised. If the terms and conditions are not met at the time of ticketing, the ticket cannot be issued even if a seat has been arranged. Passengers with an ANA international flight award ticket booked and issued by June 23, 2025 and refunded on or after June 24, 2025
When All Segments are Not Used

The number of miles deducted at the time of reservation/issue will be refunded to your account following the deduction of any mileage refund charges.

  Mileage refund charge is 3,000 miles per person. (Refunds for infants not occupying a seat do not incur refund charges.)
When Some Segments Have Been Used

Refunds are not available.
