Reservation Inquiries (Including Award Tickets) [Domestic Flights]

This page contains contact telephone numbers for ANA Japan domestic flight reservations, as well as information on changing/canceling reservations and making seat reservations. You can also find out about award ticket waitlisting for Japan domestic flights and canceling reservations.

Information

  • To customers who wish to make reservations and refunds for domestic flights between March 29 and October 24, 2026 during the period of January 21-23, 2026.
    The following procedures will be unavailable at certain times of day from Janyuary 21 to 23, 2026, due to system maintenance for issuing the 2026 summer schedule (flights during the period March 29 ‐ October 24, 2026). We kindly ask you to try again several hours later if you are affected.

    1. Seat Availability
      Seat availability results may not be displayed correctly, i.e., there are no flights available or only a reduced number of flights is shown.

    2. Reservation Change / Cancellation
      These procedures will not be available during the system maintenance period.
      Please note that the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center will also be unable to accept flight reservations.

  • As of Wednesday, February 12, 2020, we have ended the day's departure/Arrival Information service using the automated voice response system.
