This page explains the entry procedures for our international lounges with the new system.
From March 10 to late July 2026 (tentative), the lounge check-in system will be sequentially updated at each airport. At airports where the transition is complete, new check-in kiosks will be installed, and entry procedures will change slightly.
System Implementation Schedule
Narita Airport: Sequentially from March 10, 2026, onwards
Other Airports: Sequentially from June 2026, onwards
Passengers traveling on ANA Group-operated flights or Star Alliance member airline-operated flights can use the self-access kiosk to enter by scanning their boarding pass.
The self-access kiosk is available for the Eligible Passenger and one companion traveling on the same flight. *1,2
Following are the customers who are eligible to use the lounge.
Passengers traveling in First Class.
Passengers traveling in Business Class (Eligible Passenger only).
Passengers traveling in Premium Economy (Eligible Passenger only).
"Diamond Service" members.
"Platinum Service" members.
Super Flyers members (including Super Flyers Card Premium members).
Million Milers (holders of 2 million LT miles or more).
Star Alliance Gold members.
If you have two or more companions, please contact the lounge reception staff for assistance.
ANA Group-operated flights.*1
Star Alliance member airline-operated flights.
Excluding passengers with AirJapan(NQ) flight number
ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE (Narita Airport): Self-access kiosks are not available at arrival lounges. Please present your boarding pass the lounge reception staff.
