Changes to Fare Types

Information

  • Japan domestic fares applicable to flights boarding up to MM DD, YY will be closed for new bookings, ticketing and boarding on MM DD, YY(before).

  • Your ticket cannot be used for reservation changes or flights boarding on/after MM DD, YY, even if it is still valid.

  • Refunds for flight tickets are accepted on the ANA website until MM DD, YY. If you wish to receive a refund on/after MM DD, YY, please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center*.

      Customers who were issued tickets from anywhere other than the ANA website should contact the place of purchase.

Changes to any of the following fares will result in a collection or refund of the difference in fare prices with no service charges.

  • Premium Fare

  • Premium Child Fare

  • Premium Shareholder's Benefit Discount

  • Premium Disability Discount

  • ANA FLEX

  • Child Fare

  • Shareholder's Benefit Discount

  • Disability Discount

  • Islands Ticket

    Changes cannot be made to fares other than the above.

    As of January 31, 2024, new reservations and ticketing for Premium Child Fares and Child Fares for flights departing on or after March 31, 2024, will no longer be available.
