Shareholder's Benefit Discount

A limited number of seats are available for use on each flight.

The fare will be applicable to flights on/after May 19, 2026.

    For flights departing on/after May 19, 2026, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class Seat" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively.
    There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.

Conditions

Each Shareholder's Benefit Number can be used for a one-way, one-segment flight for one person.
Flights can be taken within the validity period for the Shareholder's Benefit Number printed on the Shareholder's Benefit Number Notification Card.
When purchasing two or more segments together, a Shareholder's Benefit Number with the same validity period is required for each segment.

Reservation and Purchasing Period

From (9:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time) 355 days prior to the departure date until the day of departure.

Payment Deadline

From the start of sale up to 24 hours prior to departure time: 24 hours after making the reservation or 24 hours prior to the departure time, whichever is sooner.
From 24 hours prior to the departure time up to 20 minutes before departure: Immediate purchase.

    When purchasing multiple segments at the same time, the payment deadline will be based on the first segment.

Changes

Reserved flight changes are allowed if they are on the same segment*1 and within the same fare.
Changes between First Class and Economy Class are allowed.
If the fare amount differs between the time of purchase and the time of change due to a change in reservations, a fare adjustment will be required.
No changes are allowed after departure time.
It is not possible to change passengers.

You can change your reserved flight to a date within the Shareholder's Benefit Number validity period.
When changing your reserved flight to a date outside of the Shareholder's Benefit Number validity period (i.e., outside the boarding period), you must refund a ticket and reserve a flight with a different Shareholder's Benefit Number that is valid for the new departure date. Refunds will charge a cancellation fee.

    Changes can be made from direct flight to direct flight, direct flight to indirect flight, indirect flight to direct flight, and indirect flight to indirect flight.

Changing from First Class to Economy Class for Reasons Other Than Customer Convenience

Please note that your assigned seat may be changed from First Class to Economy Class without prior notice due to aircraft changes, delays, flight cancellations, or other unavoidable reasons.
If you have already purchased your ticket, you will be refunded the difference between Economy Class Shareholder's Benefit Discount on the date of purchase and Economy Class Shareholder's Benefit Discount on the date of travel.
If you are changed to Economy Class for a segment of your flight due to a transfer (using a connecting airport), you will be refunded a fare difference prorated by the distance.

Refunds

Requests must be received within the 30-day period starting from the day after the expiration date of the flight ticket.
A cancellation fee will apply for refunds.

If a refund is given after the Shareholder's Benefit Number has been registered, the number and corresponding password can be used again within the validity period indicated on the Shareholder's Benefit Number Notification Card.
