Biometrics boarding procedures will begin on December 1, 2022. If you register your facial information at the security checkpoint, you can pass through the boarding gate with biometrics　without presenting your boarding pass or passport.
Eligible customers can use the Frequent Visitor (e-channel) facilities for immigration procedures at Hong Kong Int'l Airport. This is a very convenient service for people who travel frequently to Hong Kong for business or personal.

Passengers arriving at Hong Kong International Airport

Frequent Visitor e-channels are on the north and south sides of both 5F and 7F inside terminal 1. On 5F, they are near the special application offices inside the arrival halls on both the north and south sides. On 7F, one is inside the departure hall on the north side, and the other is near the immigration counters in the south hall on the south side. Special application offices are on the north and south sides near the baggage reclaim hall on 5F. Special application office: North arrival hall (after passport control in restricted area): 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; south arrival hall (after passport control in restricted area): 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM

In possession of a valid passport and visa (Japanese nationals who are staying in Hong Kong for tourism or commercial travel for under 90 days do not require visas)
Must be ANA Premium membership (not available for guests)
or Has visited the territory via the Hong Kong International Airport for no fewer than two times in the past 24 months.

How to Use This Service

Please complete registration procedures at the Enrollment Office in the Arrival Hall in Hong Kong Int'l Airport.
After presenting a valid travel document, having your photo taken, and signing a consent form, a barcode sticker will be attached to your passport once your application for enrollment is successful, allowing you to use the e-Channel services.

Baggage Claim

To prevent wrong luggage from being picked up, an airport staff may ask you to check for the luggage tag information at the luggage claim area.

Please present your customer declaration form here if you have something to declare.

Please go to the red counter if you have items to declare or to the green counter if you do not have any items to declare.

APM (shuttle)

On the third floor you will find unmanned shuttles called 'APM,' which are convenient for transportation between the Immigration Area and Gates 33 - 80.There are also moving walkways on the fifth and sixth floors.

Ferry and Bus transfer Service

Passengers can transfer to the cities in the Pearl River Delta by ferry, or to Macau and Zhuhai by bus, without having to pass through Hong Kong immigration and customs. If you are using the ferry or bus services, please proceed directly to the Transfer Desk after arrival, instead of following steps (1) to (3) above.

Ferry and Bus transfer Service

Passengers can transfer to flights to Japan from the cities in the Pearl River Delta via ferry, or from Macau and Zhuhai via bus, without having to pass through Hong Kong immigration and customs.
Except for certain ferry routes, passengers transferring from ferries or buses should proceed to the ANA Check-in Counter. Afterward, please pass through the security checkpoint, complete the airport tax refund procedure, and then proceed to the boarding gate.

About the Check-in Service at Airport Express Hong Kong Station and Kowloon Station

When going to Hong Kong Airport using the airport express from Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station, check-in* and hand luggage check-in will be available at each station.
