Terminal Change at Singapore Changi Airport

  ANA Group operated flights will depart from and arrive at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 until October 4, 2023.
  From October 5, 2023 onwards the flights will depart and arrive from Terminal 2.
From April 10, 2020, the Early check-in counter have been temporarily suspended.

Since the boarding gate check-in counters might be subject to change, please check at the airport to the day of departure.

Immigration

Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) registration is required for entry into Singapore. Registration is possible 3 days prior to arrival.
Please register on the SGAC portal page within the ICA website.

Customs

Please follow the red line for customers who need to submit a tax application at customs or the green line for customers who do not need to make a declaration.

About GST (Goods and Service Tax)

In Singapore, most of goods are subject to Consumption tax (GST) of 9% but travelers can receive the refund of GST. Note that the refund is applicable only at the shops with display of "TAX FREE SHOPPING," "TAX FREE FOR TOURISTS" or "TAX REFUND."

ANA Diamond Service Members and Business Class customers are able to use the SATS Premier Check-in Lounge 3hrs before STD.

Moving Between Terminals

Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are connected by a complimentary Skytrain service in both the public and transit areas.

Opening hours: 5:00-26:00
On foot
- To move between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 within the transit area, use the inter-terminal travellators located throughout the Departure Transit areas.
- To travel between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 in the public area, use the Mezzanine Level link bridge between the two terminals.

To/From Terminal4

Terminal 4 is accessible by a complimentary shuttle bus services at both public and transit areas.
Please use the free shuttle bus to travel between T1 Gate C21 , T3 Arrival Immigration Hall A and T4 Transfer Lounge

MRT Transit No. 36 Loop bus

Underground bus terminal in Changi airport terminals 2 → Marina area → major hotels on Orchard Road

Time required: Approx. 70 to 80 minutes
Fare: S$2.24 one way (up to the bus stop along Orchard Road)
Operating hours: Approx. 6:00 to 23:00 (8 to 12 minutes intervals)

Train

MRT Airport Line, East West Line

MRT Stations (Airport Line) in Changi airport terminals 2, 3 → Tanah Merah Station (transfer to the East West Line) → City Hall Station

Time required: Approx. 30 minutes
Fare: S$2.1 one way
Operating hours: 5:31 (5:59 on Sundays/Public Holidays) to 23:18 (8 to 12 minutes intervals)

Taxi

Time required: Approx. 20 to 30 minutes
Fare: S$30 to 40 (extra charge during nighttime, and the price will be around $40 to 55)
Operating hours: 24 hours

Airport shuttle service

Ground Transport Concierge takes passengers to major hotels in the city (except Sentosa Island and hotels in Changi Village). Make reservations via counters located in the arrival hall of Changi Airport terminals 1, 2, or 3. You can apply at the counter in the arrivals hall at any terminal of Changi Airport.

Time required: Approx. 30 minutes
Fare: Adult S$10 one way, Child (under 12) S$7
Operating hours: 7:00 to 23:00 (30 min to 1 hour intervals)
