You can make a payment for your flight ticket by transferring funds online.When you proceed to purchase the ticket and make a transfer from the Reservation Complete screen, no fee will be charged (borne by ANA).
Payment is made through the Wellnet Corporation payment site. This service is available to customers registered for online banking with one of the applicable financial institutions (Japanese only)*.
After this point, you will be redirected to a non-ANA website. The personal information protection policies and terms of use of the target site apply.
Payments made by anyone other than the passenger are also accepted.
A receipt can be obtained on the ANA website.
The account number will vary by reservation. We therefore ask that you do not register account numbers, but instead transfer funds to the account number shown for each individual reservation.
Due to the specified application deadlines, online banking may not be available for some itineraries.
When making a reservation at ANA Website, please select "Bank Transfer."And then, make a transfer on the website of your financial institution*.
Please specify "ZENNIKKU" as the recipient.
If you select "Other financial institution," there may be cases where some financial institutions may not be available for use.
When the transaction takes place on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the payment is settled as soon as the applicable operation is performed although the next business day is displayed as the transfer date on the financial institution's website.
The e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt and Credit Card Customer Receipt will be attached to an email immediately after the purchase is completed.

How to apply
ANA Website
If you have enrolled in ANA Mileage Club, but have not received the card, please follow the instructions for "Non-ANA Mileage Club members."
This may differ from the flight ticket payment deadline for various fare types.
Please complete the payment by the deadline shown on the screen.
Devices/apps which cannot be used
Online transfers are not available on smartphones, Y!mobile devices, tablet devices, or the ANA app.
Customers using a Macintosh should upgrade to a suitable version of OS before transferring funds online.
Changes after payment
Please contact the ANA Reservation and Customer Service Center or visit the ANA website.
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made via online "Cancellation" or at ANA by Phone.The payment will be refunded to the specified account. (A bank transfer fee for refund, if any, is the customer's responsibility.)
Specified processing fees (Cancellation Fees) will be charged for refund.
Other
May not be available for certain fares, such as those purchased with an ANA Card Holder's Discount.
If you stop in the middle of a transaction on your financial institution's website, the transfer due date and the payment due date may be displayed differently.Please complete your transaction before the payment due date that was indicated initially or in the e-mail.
