Receipts (International Flights)

After purchasing a ticket, a receipt will be sent to the email address specified during reservation. You can also display and print your receipt from the ANA website.

Regarding Japanese invoice system

Receipts that have met the requirements of the invoice system can be displayed on the ANA website.

If you are requesting the above receipts, you will need to provide the date on which the taxable assets were transferred (actual departure date).
In addition to your receipt, please keep your boarding pass or e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt as a document with the written actual departure date. For segments within Japan that are included in international flight tickets, Security Certificate and Boarding Information forms can be used in the same way.
Because ANA's air transportation business is permitted to deliver qualified simplified invoices as specified in Article 70-11(4) of the Order for Enforcement of the Consumption Tax Act, the receipt issued will be a qualified simplified invoice.

  • Note that if you have a receipt that does not have the ANA Registration Number listed on it, you can display a receipt that lists the registration number by using the Receipt Web Display Service.

Regarding receipt issuance

Regarding the issuance of receipts, from February 1, 2024, we will review the handling of receipts at airports and reservation centers, and will no longer be able to accept the following items.

  • Combining multiple receipts into one receipt

  • Dividing one receipt into multiple receipts

  • Issuing a receipt for an amount different from the amount received

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Receipt Web Display Service

You can display and print your receipt data from Displaying (Printing) Receipt. Please have your ticket number ready.

Terms of Use

You can use this service for tickets and optional services (excluding Bid My Price) purchased from ANA (including Flight Awards).

The "Receipt Web Display Service" may not be used in the following cases.

  • EMD commission

  • The portion of the airfare not covered by the surcharge for the itinerary change

  • For purchase from a travel agency *

    • Please make your request at the point of purchase.

There may be other cases in which you cannot use the "Receipt Web Display Service." In such cases, requests can be made by receipt Application Form.

Displayable period

Receipts can be displayed if the following 2 periods are met.

  • From the date of purchase until 90 days after the departure date of the final sector of the itinerary

  • Within 2 years of the ticket issue date

Other service details

  • You can change the name on the receipt in Japanese or English as desired.

  • You can also display and print a detailed breakdown (fare/tax/fee details. etc.) of the receipt.

Receipt application form

You can request receipt issuance.

If you are unable to use the "Receipt Web Display Service" or if you have paid in foreign currency and would like a receipt that meets the requirements of the invoice system, please submit a request using the application form.
For customers who have paid in foreign currency, the reservation center will issue it upon request.

You can use this service for tickets and optional services purchased from ANA (including Flight Awards).

Delivery

Delivery is available to addresses within Japan .Delivery will take a week to 10 days.

  • We are currently receiving many inquiries. Delivery will take about 2 weeks.

  • Please be aware that receipts cannot be issued by email or FAX.

  • For PayPal payments, the deduction method needs to be confirmed after you have made your application and therefore delivery will take more time than usual.

Notes

  • Receipts cannot be reissued. (The Receipt Web Display Service can be used any number of times within the issue period.)

  • If you have purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please make your request at the point of purchase. ANA cannot issue such receipts.

  • If you have made a reservation for an international tour via the ANA website, request a receipt from the inquiries page for international travel products (e.g., tours and hotels).

  • In the case of tickets purchased using "ANA SKY Coins" or "ANA Redemption Coupons", the amount of "ANA SKY Coins" or "ANA Redemption Coupons" will be stated in the proviso.

  • Receipts for 1 passenger will be issued for each request. If accompanying passengers wish to receive their own receipts, separate requests for each passenger must be submitted.
