Certificate for boarding

"Certificate for boarding" can be issued after boarding.

Issue Eligibility and Period

Certificate for boarding for flights purchased at the following locations can be issued.

Boarding certificate for international flights departing on or after November 13, 2025, can be issued on the ANA website.

The certificate can be issued after boarding for a 12 month period starting from the boarding date (limited to those purchased as e-tickets).

Certificate for boarding can be issued for each passenger and each flight (only for passengers themselves). Boarding certificates cannot be issued collectively for multiple passengers and flights.
Boarding certificates cannot be issued in certain cases including when passengers travel in a group.

In the following cases, it will not be possible to issue a boarding certificate for the relevant sector on the ANA app, ANA website. If you would like to request a boarding certificate in this instance, please complete and submit the boarding certificate application form or call the ANA Reservation and Customer Service Center.
- The flight's arrival location was changed due to bad weather or similar.
- The relevant passenger was an infant who was under 2 years old and accompanied by an adult.
- The reservation contained more than 4 sectors.
- Customers with boarding dates on or after May 19, 2026 for Japan domestic flights, who are using Airports Prior to System Integration.
In this instance, please contact the ANA Reservation and Customer Service Center.
Flight certificates are available after arrival, though it may take some time for the data to be reflected in our system. If your certificate does not appear, please wait a while and try again.

Japan Domestic Flights: After selecting "Flight Status" within Japan Domestic Flights, please proceed to "Boarding Certificate Issuance (for flights up to May 18, 2026)" or "Boarding Certificate Issuance (for flights on or after May 19, 2026)".
International Flights: After selecting "Flight Status" within International Flights, please proceed to "Boarding Certificate Issuance".

To login, please enter your ANA Mileage Club membership number and password on the ANA website top page.

If you do not specify the day, you will be able to view information for the whole of the month selected.

Certificate for boarding issued from ANA app, ANA Website may be used in the same way as those issued at ANA Reservation and Customer Service Center or at the airport.

The boarding date, flight number, reservation number and passenger name are requied to issue certificate for boarding. Please have this ready.

Certificate for boarding issued from ANA app, ANA Website may be used in the same way as those issued at ANA Reservation and Customer Service Center or at the airport.

Customers with boarding dates on or after May 19, 2026 for flights traveling domestically in Japan who will be using airports where the system integration is not yet complete will be unable to use the Certificate for Boarding page.
