Online Receipt Service
You can use the Receipt Web Display Service within two years of purchase and up to 90 days after the departure date for the last segment of your itinerary.

For Japan domestic flights boarding until May 18, 2026, the Receipt Web Display Service can be used for 15 months (14 months for tickets issued at an airport) after the date of ticket purchase.
Boarding Certificate Service
Boarding certificates are available 24 hours a day from the ANA app and ANA website.
Boarding certificates can be issued 12 months from the boarding date and after boarding (only for the portion purchased with e-ticket).
