In the cases that regular transportation is not available from the arrival airport to your destination, or an accommodation is required for the reason that your flight is rescheduled to the next day due to cancellation if a delay and/or cancellation occur due to aircraft maintenance or other reasons caused by ANA, we will pay accommodation and/or transportation expenses within the limits specified by ANA.
You will need to provide a receipt in order to receive reimbursement.
Please settle your expense within 30 days of the scheduled departure date of your reserved flight.

Expenses will be covered in limited circumstances, such as delays or cancellations due to aircraft maintenance, that occur the day before or on the day of your scheduled departure.
In the case of travel from Haneda Airport to Umeda Station, if the reserved flight from Haneda Airport to Itami Airport is cancelled and you travel from Haneda Airport to Itami Airport via Shinagawa Station and Shin-Osaka Station by regular public transportation, and then to Umeda Station. In addition to the airfare amount, we will pay the difference between the scheduled public transportation fare from Haneda Airport to Itami Airport and the airfare. If you go directly from Shin-Osaka Station to Umeda Station, we will pay up to the cost of travel from Shin-Osaka Station to Itami Airport. If the regular public transportation fare is greater than the airfare amount, ANA will pay the difference. Please settle the bill after the ticket is refunded. If the fare for scheduled public transportation is less than the ticket fare, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded. Please make a refund.
The ticket refund is required if you were transferred to the other regular public transportation.

ANA will fully bear the cost of the fare for public transportation. Please do not apply for a standard flight ticket refund and make sure you are reimbursed within 30 days following the departure date of your booked flight. In the case of travel from Nagoya (Chubu) Airport to Otaru Station, if the reserved flight from Nagoya (Chubu) Airport to Chitose Airport is cancelled and you travel from Nagoya (Chubu) Airport to Hakodate Airport by a substitute flight, then travel from Hakodate Airport to Chitose Airport by scheduled public transportation, and then to Otaru. We will pay the transportation fee for scheduled public transportation from the arrival airport of the transferred segment to the arrival airport of the original reservation flight.
During hours when public transportation is available, please use public transportation from the airport up to where it can take you to your destination.
