Transfer and refunds due to aircraft maintenance

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by flight delay or cancellation.

Changes and Refunds

  • Flights that are delayed or canceled due to involuntary reasons such as aircraft maintenance can be changed or refunded.

  • Changes and refunds can be processed the day after the departure date of the scheduled flight. Please complete the process within 10 days following the departure date of the scheduled flight.(Excluding package and group tours).

  • A verification code (ANA Mileage Club Customer Number, Confirmation Number, or the Credit Card Used for Payment) is required to be submitted.

  • ANA will pay for charges incurred by changes (transportation, accommodation) within the authorized range.
