If, due to system-related circumstances, the number of miles applicable for the campaign is displayed on the reservation screen before the reservation/ticketing start time given above, they will still be eligible for the campaign.

Only itineraries for which all flights have been reserved and ticketed during the campaign reservation and ticketing period are eligible for the above. Flight awards that are reserved but not ticketed during this period are not eligible for the campaign. If a standby reservation is made during the period but a seat becomes available outside the period, flight awards will be ticketed by the ANA Mileage Club Service Center for the standard amount of required mileage.

Only available for Economy Class. Not available for other classes.

Except in the case of Japan domestic flights, codeshare flights operated by another airline under an ANA flight number are not eligible.

Flight award itineraries containing flights operated by other airlines (partner airline flight award itineraries) are not eligible for this campaign even if they contain ANA flights on eligible routes.

The number of seats that can be used with flight award tickets is limited. Thank you for your understanding.

"L", "R" and "H" mean low, regular and high season respectively.

If a person other than the ANA Mileage Club member will be using a flight award, the member must register that person as an Award User in advance. (Up to 10 Award Users can be registered.) Please go to Award User Registration to register. (You will then move to the members-only page.)

Award Users may be asked to present documentation to verify their affiliation with the ANA Mileage Club member.

For smartphones, the search results screen will show “ANA Award” for regular miles, so please tap and select “ANA Award Campaign”.

Please note that if you make a reservation without selecting “ANA Award Campaign”, the reduced mileage will not be applied even if the route and boarding date are eligible for the campaign.

This campaign is only available online. Please log in to the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app during the campaign reservation period, then make a reservation from the flight award reservation screen.

Reservations made through other means than those mentioned above (e.g. by phone) will not be eligible for the campaign.

To be eligible for the campaign, your entire itinerary must fall within the eligible departure period, and you must use an eligible route, flight and service class.

To qualify for the campaign, both the departure and arrival airports must be on one of the eligible routes.

During the campaign period, you can choose whether or not you wish to use the mileage discount on the reservation screen.

Itineraries containing two international flights from/to Japan are eligible for the campaign. Itineraries containing three or more international flights with a connection in Japan are not eligible.

Itineraries containing domestic connections in Japan are also eligible for the campaign.

Itineraries which originate from a point outside Japan are also eligible.

Flight tickets issued through this campaign are only valid for the reserved flights.

Flights reserved through this campaign can be changed within the campaign booking period (December 2 to December 20, 2024) using the number of miles required for the campaign, but only if you change the departure date during the campaign boarding period. Any other changes will be charged according to the difference from the standard required mileage.

Flight Awards reserved and ticketed using the standard amount of required mileage will not be eligible for the mileage discount campaign, even if they are for flights on an eligible route and within the eligible period.

If you would like for a reservation or issued ticket to be changed using this campaign for a flight award that has already been reserved/ticketed using the standard amount of required mileage, you will be able to do so as long as your ticket is unused. You must first request a refund for your current ticket and pay the designated refund charge (3,000 miles per person). You must then newly make a reservation and/or have a ticket issued using the applicable amount of mileage required for the campaign.

If you are canceling a reservation, you may only request a refund for a flight award that has already been ticketed if none of the sectors in the itinerary have been used. You will be deducted the designated refund charge (3,000 miles per person), and the miles that you used to redeem the flight award will then be returned to your account.

Miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.

Taxes, charges, passenger facility charges, fuel surcharges, and all other incidental charges incurred in connection with obtaining and using awards must be paid by the award user.

Mileage is not accrued when using flight awards.

Please note that the conditions which apply to flight tickets reserved and issued through this campaign will differ in some ways from regular flight tickets. In such cases, the details listed above will take precedence.

ANA Card cardholders who wish to have their family members combine miles to redeem awards must register separately for the ANA Card Family Miles service or ANA Mileage Club Family Account Service (AFA).
