Using Miles

ANA FESTA Coupons (e-Gift Cards) can be used at ANA FESTA gift stores and food stores across Japan.
1,000 miles can be used to redeem a coupon worth JPY 1,000.
Coupons can be obtained (i.e., viewed from My Menu) 7 days after they have been requested.

Mileage Account Groups Available for Redemption

Validity Period

These coupons are valid until the last day of the 12th month from the month of request.
(Example) An ANA FESTA Coupon issued on April 1, 2022 will be valid until March 31, 2023.

- Please be sure to use these coupons before they expire. All coupons that have expired will be considered invalid.

How to Use

Process from Requesting the Coupon to Using It

STEP1

Request a coupon (e-Gift card) on the ANA website

STEP2

Click on My Menu on the ANA website and go to the coupon (e-gift card) screen (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number Confirmation") to see your coupon (You will be able to see your coupon 7 days after requesting it.)

STEP3

Upon making your purchase, click on My Menu on the ANA website and go to the coupon (e-gift card) screen (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number Confirmation") to display your coupon

STEP4

At checkout, select the number of coupons you wish to use, then present your QR code or enter the password.

The password will be provided at the participating facility.

Screenshots or printed QR codes cannot be used.

STEP5

Your purchase will be complete when the word "Used" is shown on your coupon

Payment

Please pay the difference using cash, electronic money, credit card, or other valid coupons.

About Mileage Accrual

ANA FESTA Coupon (e-Gift Card) payments are eligible for mileage accrual in the same way that other payment methods are.

Notes

- If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of your "ANA FESTA Coupon (e-Gift Card), please pay the difference.
- No change will be given if the purchase amount is less than the coupon value.
- Multiple coupons can be used at the same time. If you wish to do so, please repeat the coupon redemption process for each one.
- To display your coupon on your smartphone at the time of use, you can access the page provided in the confirmation email.
- Please note that screenshots or printed QR codes cannot be accepted. Therefore, please ensure you do not delete the confirmation email. Coupons can also be accessed from the "Inquire Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number" screen within your My Menu on the ANA website.
- Cancellations and mile refunds are not permitted after application.
- Coupons that have been resold or are past their expiration date will be rendered invalid.
- During consecutive holidays or periods of high volume, processing may take longer than usual.
