What is the ANA Card Miles Plus service?

ANA Card Miles Plus enables customers to earn both credit card points and miles (1 mile for every JPY 100 or JPY 200 spent, including tax) on ANA Card purchases at ANA Card Miles Plus participating stores.
What is an ANA Card?
- An ANA Card is a credit card that has "ANA CARD" printed on the front side.
- ANA Wide Gold Cards and ANA Diners Corporate Cards are the only ANA Corporate Cards that are eligible to earn miles at all participating stores.
  For Standard and Wide Cards, only tickets that have been reserved and purchased through ANA Biz are eligible.
When are miles accrued?
- Its takes approximately 1–2 months for the miles to be credited to your mileage balance after paying with your ANA Card.
- Note that if your payment is made in installments rather than a single payment, it may take longer than the above period for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.
- Please check the details listed on the relevant eligible campaign page to learn when bonus miles will be credited for each campaign.
Which ANA Card payment methods are eligible/not eligible for mileage accrual?
- At certain stores, iD payments made with ANA Visa Cards or ANA MasterCards and QUICPay™ payments made with ANA JCB Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus mileage accrual.
- Please check each merchant's page to see whether payments made with Apple Pay, Google Pay, iD and QUICPay™ are eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
- QUICPay™ and Apple Pay payments made using ANA American Express Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay payments made using ANA Diners Club Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
If I have paid with a Family Card, which account will the miles be credited to?
- Miles will be credited to the primary cardholder's account. (Miles accrued by Family Card members are consolidated into the primary cardholder's account.)
- However, uses of Diners Club Family Cards and Diners Club Business Account Cards will be credited to the account of the member who made the payment.
- In addition, in the case of a refund, the equivalent number of miles will be deducted from the member's mileage account.
Can I combine multiple ANA cards?

Customers who have multiple cards under the same name are able to combine them under a single mileage account. Please complete a mileage account integration application via this website.
How do I transfer my credit card points?
- Certain procedures are required when redeeming credit card points for miles, and an annual redemption handling fee will apply, with some exceptions. (Some cards, such as ANA Wide Gold Cards, do not require redemption handling fees.)
- Furthermore, the number of accruable miles may differ depending on the credit card company, transaction details, etc. Please check your credit card company's website or app for more information.
Are ANA cards issued outside of Japan eligible?

ANA Cards issued outside of Japan are not eligible except for CTBC ANA JCB Platinum Cards, CTBC ANA JCB Precious Cards, and CTBC ANA JCB Eternity Cards.
