Services prior to reaching Premium Membership Status
Frequent flyers who will be flying ANA can use our Advance Service to gain faster access to Premium Member Services.
For customers who will be traveling more often on ANA, can experience a pre-premium service.
About the Service
Customers who reached the number of premium points required for Diamond, Platinum or Bronze status before annual calculation of the premium point at the end of December can start using the Services. Pre-service for premium membership status for the corresponding status level can be used until the end of March the following year.
As soon as Premium Status is reflected on your digital card in the ANA Mileage Club app (approximately 2 to 3 days after reaching the required number of Premium Points), you will be able to access all premium services by presenting your digital card.

Status cards are only issued upon request. If you apply for a status card, please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery (1 to 2 months for customers outside of Japan). It may take some time for your card to be delivered depending on your place of residence and the conditions of the postal service.

Reflection of Premium Points on the Performance Report = earning of Premium Points.
The date on which Premium Points are reflected and the "Used date" shown on the Activity details may differ.

Premium Member Advance Service is not applicable when attaining status using Life Solution Service.
Example: A 2022 Platinum Service member earns 100,000 Premium Points (50,000 Premium Points from ANA Group operated flights) by August 2022

The Advance Service is available from mid-April onward. Members who fulfill the necessary conditions between January and March are kindly asked to wait until mid-April to use this service.
Members who fulfill the necessary conditions from April onward will be able to use this service around 2 to 3 days thereafter.

Terms of Use
Those who have earned premium points during January through December 2019 and have surpassed their current premium status points, are welcome to start using the higher status as advance pre premium service. For example, a Bronze Service member who earns 50,000 Premium Points (25,000 from ANA Group operated flights) will be sent information on the Services before reaching Platinum Member Status. Please note that premium points registered after January will not be counted even if the miles were accumulated before the end of December, and will not be eligible of the advance service for the higher status.

When Reservations made prior to Advance pre premium service
You will need to re-register your ANA Mileage Club Membership No. (10 digits) to book Japan domestic flights(includes flights booked as a transit from an International Route).
Please call the Premium Members Service Desk sometime after your status has been changed and before your flight.
You can confirm your status on the ANA website login page or ANA Mileage Club app.
