    About the Service

    When departing on an ANA Group operated flight, Star Alliance member airlines operated flight or connecting to/from a Star Alliance Connecting Partner flight, you can spend time at designated lounges at the airport until your boarding time. In addition, Diamond, Platinum, and Super Flyer members status is equivalent to Star Alliance Gold status. Premium members who are boarding Star Alliance member airlines operated flights, can access to as many as 1,000 Star Alliance member airport lounges worldwide.

    Terms of Use

    The lounges are available for premium members. Guests entering the lounges with a premium member, as traveling guests or those who are registered as an award users are eligible to use ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers. Miles, Upgrade Points or ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers may be required.

    Traveling Guests

    Lounge access is available for those entering the lounge with the primary member.

    Accompanying passengers must depart on the same flight as the primary member on any ANA Group-operated flight, codeshare flight*1, Star Alliance member airline-operated flight, non-Star Alliance partner airline-operated flight or Star Alliance Connecting Partner airline-operated flight*2.

    However, customers accompanying Million Miler customers with 2 million Lifetime Miles will only be able to access a lounge if they are traveling on the same ANA Group-operated flight or codeshare flight*1 as the Million Miler customer.

    Registered Award Users

    Guests who are not visiting the lounge at the same time as the premium member or Super Flyers member must complete Award User registration in advance.

    Premium member or Super Flyers member may use Upgrade Points allowing up to 5 guests to enter the lounge. Guests must be registered in advance as award users to use this service when boarding domestic ANA Group operated flights and a code share flight*1 with an ANA flight number. Award users must be within 2 generations (family members of the relation in the second degree.)

    Passengers with ANA SUITE LOUNGE Vouchers

    These vouchers allow you to use ANA designated lounges, such as ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. Please hand your voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative upon entering the lounge. One voucher allows access for one person. It can be used by anybody (and not just Premium Members) who has an ANA SUITE LOUNGE voucher and is traveling on an ANA Group-operated flight, a codeshare flight*1, a flight operated by a Star Alliance member airline or a flight operated by a partner airline that is not a Star Alliance member.

    How to access the lounges

    Japan Domestic Flights

    When boarding ANA Group operated flights or ANA code-share flight with an ANA Flight Number.

    AIRDO, IBEX Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge, Solaseed Air, StarFlyer, Japan Air Commuter and Amakusa Airlines.

    Please touch your boarding pass to the reader installed at the lounge reception.
    If you arrive with traveling guests, please press the [Guests Here] button

    • When travelling with Japan Air Comuter, or Amakusa Airlines, you cannot use the reader at the lounge reception. Please present your Premium Member status card and your boarding pass with which your flight can be confirmed to a staff member at the lounge reception.


    Guest Access

    1. After pressing the [Guests Here] button, touch the lounge access reader again with the Premium member's boarding pass.

    2. The traveling guest then touches the lounge access reader with their boarding pass used at Security.


    Using Miles or Upgrade Points

    Please tell a member of staff the pieces of information below upon entering the lounge. The lounge staff will confirm the premium member's account and check the balance in the account. Then they will deduct the amount of required miles or Upgrade Points per guest from the member's account.

    Passengers are boarded in the following order.

    Japan Domestic Flights


    When boarding ANA Group operated flights
    Groups 1 to 5 are the boarding groups indicated on airport-issued boarding passes and security certificates as of November 15, 2021. Passengers who require airport staff assistance are eligible for the pre-boarding service, and will therefore receive priority above all other passengers when boarding. Group 1 passengers are Diamond Service members and receive priority boarding. Group 2 passengers include Platinum Service, Super Flyers, and Star Alliance Gold members, as well as Premium Class passengers. They receive priority boarding. Window seat passengers in Groups 3 are asked to board during general boarding. Middle seat passengers in Groups 4 are asked to board during general boarding. Aisle seat passengers in Groups 5 are asked to board during general boarding.
    When boarding ANA code-share flight with an ANA Flight Number.

    Priority boarding is available when using the flights operated by following partner airlines with an ANA Flight Number.

    IBEX Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge, Solaseed Air, StarFlyer, Japan Air Commuter.

    • Not available when using AIRDO or Amakusa Airlines.

    For members who arrive to Narita Int'l Airport by car, we provide discount when parked at our partner company parking garage. Fully cared service is provided from the point you depart for your overseas trip up until you pick up your car after your return. Earn miles when using this service.

    • Valet parking is available for passengers who have purchased roundtrip flights from Narita Int'l Airport operated by ANA Group with an ANA flight number. This service does not apply for reservations on code-share flights operated by other airlines or ANA Group operated flights reserved under another airline's flight code.

    Please leave your car at the parking garage.Your car will be safety kept in a garage with a roof until your return.Upon your return, we will bring your car to the designated parking area adjacent to the lounge. Please relax in comfort at the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE before picking up your car.
    • Use of the parking garage and drop off and pick up services of your vehicle will be provided on the basis of a contract between the customer and Central Parking Narita.

    Before Departure
    1. Please be sure to make parking garage reservations prior to your arrival on the ANA website.

      Please go directly to Central Parking Narita (Our partner company) on the day of departure and park your vehicle.

      • Beyond this point, you will be redirected to a non-ANA website. The privacy policy of this website will be applied.


    2. You will be escorted to the South Wing Departure lobby of Terminal 1 of Narita Int’l Airport by our complimentary shuttle service.

       



    Upon Your Return
    1. After you arrive at Narita Int'l Airport, please contact us from our dedicated phone line.

      Your vehicle will arrive approximately 20 minutes after we receive your phone call.

      Available hours (Japan time): from 6:30 AM until the arrival of the last ANA Group operated flight of the day (7 days a week all year round)

      • If you change your return flight schedule during your stay overseas, please contact your nearest ANA overseas agent.


    2. Before you pick up your vehicle, please relax at the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE.

       

      After going through Immigration and Customs, please go to the reception of the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE (International arrivals Lounge* ) located in the Terminal 1 South Wing Arrival lobby.
      Drinks, snacks, showers, wireless/cable LAN, etc. are available in the lounge (For Members and 1 guest).

      • ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE is available during lounge opening hours(2:00pm-5:30pm).


    3. We will guide you from the Lounge directly to your car via special walkway.

      • During outside of ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE closed hour(6:30am-2:00pm / 5:30pm-arrival of the final ANA Group-operated flight of the day), dedicated staff will meet you at the entrance of the lounge and then escort you to the parking.

    To reserve the ANA My Car Valet Service, press the Apply button for this service under Optional Services. This section will be displayed on the Reservation Details screen of the ANA website after ticket purchase.

    • Spaces are limited at partner parking garage, so please reserve in advance.

    • If there are any schedule changes or cancellations prior to departure, please contact Premium Member Service Desk.

      For cancellation on the boarding date, please contact Central Parking Narita.

    • There may be cases when, due to the vehicle model (size), your car will not fit under the roof, or when we are unable to accept your vehicle for other reasons. For details please confirm with our service desk when making your reservation.

      The sizes of the roofed garage as follows: Total width: 2,630mm, total length: 4,950mm and total height: under 2,330mm

    • If the parking period is extended due to a change in your itinerary, etc. after your departure, we may be obliged to move your vehicle to a different space (without a roof) for the extended period.

    • Please do not leave any items that may be considered as dangerous, or any valuable items in your vehicle.

    • Please ensure that your vehicle contains sufficient gas before parking your vehicle with us.

    • Any damage or theft, to your vehicle during the period you park is subject to compensation according to the liability insurance policy of our partner car parking company.

    • We will not be responsibility for any damage to a vehicle which has not been subject to a joint check at the time of parking.

    • Regardless of the model of your vehicle, we do not accept any responsibility for trouble related to the internal combustion engine or auxiliary components (transmission and gas pedal) during the period of your vehicle storage.

    • If a tire is punctured during the period of parking, we will carry out repairs to replace the tire without the Passenger's permission in order to restore the vehicle's mobility. Please be informed that all expenses relating to this repair/replacement will be Customer`s expense.

    • We do not accept any responsibility for any for loss or theft of personal/valuable items left behind in the vehicle.

    • Passenger vehicles may gain a few kilometers on your odometer from the time you have first parked your car upon delivery to the designated car drop off area at the Arrival floor of Terminal 1 of Narita Airport from our partner parking garage. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

    • When driven en route for Passenger, on rare occasions, a loose stone, etc., may cause damage to the front windshield or side windows of a Passenger's vehicle. We accept no responsibility for any such occurrence of Force Majeure.

    • Should a Passenger's vehicle be subject to a theft, the Passenger will be compensated within the range specified in the liability insurance policy of our partner Car Parking Garage. In the unlikely event that the amount is not sufficient, the Passenger shall be responsible for the deficit amount.

    • We will not responsibility for any damage caused to a Passenger vehicle due to riots or other acts of insurgency. Car Parking company is not responsible, or for any Acts of Providence (such as typhoons, floods, snowfall, hail, lightning strikes, etc.).

    • We will not be responsibility for Passenger vehicles after they have been returned to the customer at the end of the parking period.

    How to Use This Service

    1. Please complete registration procedures at the Enrollment Office in the Arrival Hall in Hong Kong Int'l Airport.

      Frequent Visitor e-channels are on the north and south sides of both 5F and 7F inside terminal 1. On 5F, they are near the special application offices inside the arrival halls on both the north and south sides. On 7F, one is inside the departure hall on the north side, and the other is near the immigration counters in the south hall on the south side. Special application offices are on the north and south sides near the baggage reclaim hall on 5F. Special application office: North arrival hall (after passport control in restricted area): 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM; south arrival hall (after passport control in restricted area): 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    2. Please show a valid passport and your ANA Mileage Club app digital card or Premium member status card.


    3. After your fingerprints have been taken and biometric procedures is complete, a barcode is attached to your passport. Once the registration application is accepted, you will be able to use the e-channel facilities. You can continue to use e-channel while your passport is valid. Must have barcode attached to valid passport.

    Please be aware of Important Notices
    • Using for the first time, it is necessary to apply for registration during arrival in Hong Kong. You can only apply for registration when entering Hong Kong from Japan. You cannot apply when leaving Hong Kong.

    • Please note that applying for first time application acceptance is within business hours. If not complete withing business hours the service will not be eligible. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

    • It may take a few minutes to process paperwork when applying for the first time.
