A customer's ANA Mileage Club membership number (AMC membership number) or main card may be changed when they enroll in a new card or request to reissue a card.

There are certain points which customers should note when changing their AMC membership number or main card.
Please read the following and complete the relevant change or renewal procedures.

ANA Mileage Club membership number 10 digits

Cases Which Do Not Require an ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Change (No Procedures Required)

  • Requesting an ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Mileage Club Edy Card to be reissued due to demagnetization or IC functionality problems.
  • Switching between different levels of ANA Card (Standard, Wide, Gold).
  • Requesting a card to be reissued due to a change in the cardholder's name.
  • Requesting an ANA Card to be reissued due to demagnetization.
  • Renewing an ANA Card enrollment.
  • Switching from an ANA Card to an ANA Super Flyers Card.
  • Switching from an ANA Card for Students to a Standard ANA Card.
  • Switching between different levels of ANA Super Flyers Card (Standard and Gold)

Cases Which Require an ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Change

  • Newly enrolling in a card that is of a different type or credit card brand.
  • Requesting an ANA Card to be reissued due to loss or theft.
  • Switching between different levels of ANA Corporate Card (Standard and Wide).
  • *ANA Diamond Service, Platinum Service, and Bronze Service status cards as well as ANA Super Flyers Lounge Cards are still valid even after an AMC membership number change.

The previous AMC membership number cannot be used to log in to the ANA website's members-only features.
Please use the membership number on the main card to log in.

1. Customers Who Have Reservations (Domestic Flights, International Flights and Domestic/International Tours) Under Their Previous ANA Mileage Club Membership Number

[Domestic Flights]
Reservations cannot be confirmed, changed, canceled, etc. using the new card's AMC membership number.

Procedures

You can change to the new card's AMC membership number by visiting the ANA website or calling us.
To do so on the ANA website, please search for the relevant reservations, click the Register Mileage Number button under the Passenger Information tab on the Reservation Details screen, and then update your AMC membership number to the one on the new card.

  • * You may not be able to perform this procedure on the ANA website depending on how you made your reservation, the fare you have purchased, etc.

[International Flights]

Procedures

If you log in with the membership number on the main card, you will be able to perform various procedures, including confirming, changing, and canceling your reservations, and board your flights with your previous membership number still registered to your reservations.

  • * You will only be able to confirm reservations and board flights if the relevant reservations or flight award reservations were purchased using certain payment methods.
    As you will need to register the new membership number to your reservations in order to change those reservations and perform various other procedures, we kindly ask that you have the card on hand and call us.

[Domestic/International Tours]
Reservations cannot be confirmed, changed, canceled, etc. using the new card's AMC membership number.

Please have the new card on hand and call us.

2. [Domestic Flights] Using SKiP Service

If the previous AMC membership number was registered at the the time of the reservation, the new card cannot be used for SKiP Service.

    You will need to change your AMC membership number.
    You can change to the new card's AMC membership number by visiting the ANA website or calling us.
    To do so on the ANA website, please search for the relevant reservations, click the Register Mileage Number button under the Passenger Information tab on the Reservation Details screen, and then update your AMC membership number to the one on the new card.

    • * You may not be able to perform this procedure on the ANA website depending on how you made your reservation, the fare you have purchased, etc.
      In this instance, please have the new card on hand and call us to perform the procedure.
  2. Not Using SKiP Service with the New Card

    Please refer to the Procedures at Airport Self-service Check-in Machines described in point 3 immediately below.

3. [Domestic Flights] Procedures at Airport Self-service Check-in Machines

Procedures
  1. Customers Who Have the Credit Card That Was Used to Purchase the Ticket

    Procedures can be completed at a self-service check-in machine.

  2. Customers Who Do Not Have the Credit Card That Was Used to Purchase the Ticket

    Please go to a check-in counter at the departure airport. In this case, please present an official form of identification (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.).

    • *Even customers who do not have the confirmation from their convenience store payment, etc. will need to go to the check-in counter and present an official form of identification.

4. How to Renew or Delete an ANA Mileage Club Membership Number That Was Registered to an NFC-related Service for Smartphones.

If the previous AMC membership number was registered to an NFC-related service for smartphones (specifically, Android devices with OSAIFU-KEITAI functionality), delete it by selecting ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Deletion (SKiP Service Cancellation) from the service's menu and then complete renewal procedures to change to the new AMC number. Please refer to the Changing to a Smartphone page for how to register the new AMC membership number.

  • 1. After logging in, go to My Menu and select View or Update Your Profile, then select Other Information to expand the menu in the Support section.

  • 2. Select SKiP Service and Edy Registration, then select ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Deletion (SKiP Service Cancellation).

  • 3. Verify the last 4 digits of the AMC membership number that is displayed on the ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Registration screen, then tap Delete.

  • 4. After completing the ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Deletion (SKiP Service Cancellation) procedures, return to the initial screen and select Register ANA Mileage Club Membership Number from the menu to register the new AMC membership number.

5.How to Renew or Delete an AMC Membership Number Registered to the ANA App or ANA Mileage Club App

Download the relevant app and enter the new AMC membership number and web password to log in on the login screen.

ANA App

6. Renewing Registered Information

Award user information will be transferred to the new AMC membership number. Confirmation is possible by logging in with the membership number on the main card.

Customers Who Are within 2 Degrees of Kinship and Have Been Registered as Award Users (When the Award User's ANA Mileage Club Membership Number is Changed)
Procedures

Procedures to change AMC membership numbers are required. The account holder must have the relevant new card on hand and make an inquiry by telephone.

7. Use ANA Card Family Miles

When an AMC membership number changes, the ANA Card Family Miles registration status may not be automatically transferred.
Please reconfirm the registration status after receiving the new card.

Registration status can be checked through View List of Registered ANA Card Family Mile Members.

  • 1. After logging in, go to My Menu and select View or Update Your Profile, then select Other Information to expand the menu in the Support section.

  • 2. Select SKiP Service and Edy Registration, then select ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Deletion (SKiP Service Cancellation).

  • 3. Verify the last 4 digits of the AMC membership number that is displayed on the ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Registration screen, then tap Delete.

  • 4. After completing the ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Deletion (SKiP Service Cancellation) procedures, return to the initial screen and select Register ANA Mileage Club Membership Number from the menu to register the new AMC membership number.
  • *No procedures are required when continuing to use the previously registered card.
