How to Cancel Your Membership

Customers who wish to continue using mileage services after canceling their respective cards should contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and inform the communicator. A standard ANA Mileage Club Card will be issued and any existing mileage balance will be transferred to it.
ANA Mileage Club Card (incl. digital card), ANA Mileage Club Edy Card
Customers can request membership cancellation by calling ANA Mileage Club Service Center.
* The procedures must be completed by the ANA Mileage Club member.

For ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards, Rakuten Edy e-money balances cannot be converted back into cash.

Please use up the entire Rakuten Edy balance on the card.
