Customers who wish to continue using mileage services after canceling their respective cards should contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and inform the communicator.
A standard ANA Mileage Club Card will be issued and any existing mileage balance will be transferred to it.

Customers with ANA Mileage Club Cards (including digital cards) and ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards

Customers can request membership cancellation as below.

  • *The procedures must be completed by the ANA Mileage Club member.
Note

For ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards, Edy e-money balances cannot be converted back into cash.
Please use up the entire Edy balance on the card.

Customers who do not know their ANA Mileage Club membership number or are otherwise not able to submit a request form are asked to contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center by telephone.
