“TEBURA” Service and Airport Baggage Delivery Service

In Japanese, the term tebura means “empty-handed.” With the ANA "TEBURA" Service, customers who are departing from Japan on ANA international flights can send their heavy baggage directly from their home or office and then collect it again at the destination airport’s baggage carousel. The ANA Airport Baggage Delivery Service enables customers who are departing from Japan to have their baggage delivered from their home or office to the departure airport. Likewise, customers arriving in Japan can also have their baggage delivered from the airport to their specified address.

How to Accrue Miles

After reserving and purchasing the ticket for the ANA flight, access Yamato Transport's dedicated website through the ANA website to request the service.

  • *Your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number must be registered to the relevant flight reservation.

Mileage Accrual Date

For ANA "TEBURA" Service and ANA Airport Baggage Delivery Service (Customers Departing from Japan):

After collecting the baggage, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

For ANA Airport Baggage Delivery Service (Customers Arriving in Japan):

After dropping off the baggage, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

  • *Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.
  • *Please retain your copy of the shipping label until after you have confirmed that mileage has been credited to your mileage account.

Notes

  • Customers applying for ANA flight awards with partner airline miles are ineligible for mileage accrual when using this service.
