Information

  • Credit card payments for cancellation fees when refunding Flight Awards, which had been suspended due to system adjustments, will be available from January 27, 2026. (Updated January 27, 2026)

  • From February 3, 2025, we will expand the reservation period for ANA Domestic Flight Awards. For more information, please see ANA Domestic Flight Awards and AMC Companion Fares Changes to reservation period and termination of Early Reservation Service.

  • Some changes will be made to various conditions of ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards boarding on/after May 19, 2026. For more information, please see Various Conditions of ANA Milage Club Member Services.

  • Your ticket for ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards for flights boarding until May 18, 2026 cannot be changed to or used for flights boarding on/after May 19, 2026, even if it is still valid. For refunds, please complete the procedures on the ANA website prior to the departure of the first sector of your reservation.

Using an Award Ticket to Board

Usage by AMC Members

Check in and tickets can be issued up to 24 hours prior to departure via Online Check-In.
If you are not an ANA Mileage Club member, you will need to provide either your reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters) or your 13-digit e-Ticket number from when you made the reservation. Please provide this information in advance.

Usage by Family Members

If a registered award user will be boarding without the primary member and they are an ANA Mileage Club member, they will need their membership number.
If you are not an ANA Mileage Club member, you will need to provide either your reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters) or your 13-digit e-Ticket number from when you made the reservation. Please provide this information in advance.

When Making the Reservation

When making a reservation through the ANA website, please retain the reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters) or 13-digit e-Ticket number, which are displayed on the Reservation Completed screen.

When Checking In

Boarding procedures and boarding pass printing are available via Online Check-In from 24 hours prior to the departure of your flight.
If online check-in is not available, enter your reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters) or 13-digit e-Ticket number at one of the self-service check-in machines at your departure airport and then complete boarding procedures and print your boarding pass(es).
