Flow of Procedures to Change (Transfer) to ANA Flights (PC page)

Please refer to the procedures below when changing (transferring) to an ANA flight.

On the ANA website, go to Manage Reservations/Purchase/Seat Availability and display the reservation of the flight you wish to change.

* To search for your reservation, enter your reservation number (except for travel products) and confirmation number, or perform the procedures upon logging in to the ANA website with your ANA Mileage Club membership number.

At the top of the Reservation Details screen, select the orange To Transfer button.

Select the Change button for the itinerary you wish to alter.

The Seat Availability Result screen will be displayed. Please select the flight you wish to change to from those with seats available, and click Next at the bottom of the screen.

* Flights can be changed to a date earlier than the departure date, or a date up to 30 days after the departure date of the reserved flight (excludes some travel products).

Please check that your selected flight is displayed and then click Next.

After confirming the information before and after the change, click Next.

The Fare Difference Adjustment screen will be displayed. (As it is a flight transfer, a fare difference will not be incurred.)
Upon confirming the details of your change, check "I have read and agreed to the information provided herein." and click the Change button.

The flight change (transfer) is complete.
