Changes and Refunds

  • Transfer to another ANA flight or a refund will be made for delays or cancellations of scheduled flights due to inclement weather, etc.

  • It is not possible to change reservations on the ANA website less than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
    Please complete the procedures within the timescale(s) given below after a flight delay or cancellation has been decided.
    Changes: Once the flight cancellation/delay is confirmed, transfer procedures must be completed 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
    Refunds: Within 1 year and 30 days since the travel start date or if not yet started, the issuing date

  • The customer will be responsible for the various costs incurred (transport, accommodation) when changing flights due to bad weather, etc.
