Baggage Which Cannot be Checked In

It is not possible to check in baggage with total linear dimensions (length, width, height) exceeding 292 cm, a weight exceeding 45 kg (99 lb) per piece, or a quantity exceeding 20 pieces per person. Please inquire with a cargo agency.

It may not always be possible to check in a piece of baggage with total linear dimensions (length, width, height) exceeding 203 cm or a weight exceeding 32 kg (70 lbs), or baggage with a total weight exceeding 100 kg (220 lbs).Please check the size and weight, then inquire with ANA by telephone in advance.
