Service Information (StarFlyer operated flights)

Procedures and services at airports for code share flights are different depending on the flight. When using a code share flight, please note the following.

ANA's Conditions of Carriage apply when boarding ANA flights (including codeshare flights).

Check-in

Passengers Departing From Haneda Airport, Kitakyushu Airport
Online Check-in or Check-in at the StarFlyer counter.
The arrival and departure terminal in Haneda Airport is Terminal 1.
Please go through the security inspection "A".You may not pass through other security inspections.
Passengers Departing From Fukuoka Airport, Kansai International Airport, Yamaguchi Ube Airport, and Chubu Centrair International Airport
Online Check-in or Check-in at the ANA counter.

Reserve seat

Same as ANA operated flights.

Confirmation of flight number

The ANA (NH) flight number is printed on the boarding pass.Indications on the guideboard in the airport are given with both the NH/MQ or 7G flight numbers.

Minimum connecting time at airport

Same as ANA operated flights.
However, the minimum connecting time at the Haneda Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 is 50 minutes.

Baggage (Carry-on baggage)

The following is the carry-on baggage limit per passenger (excluding infants under 3 years old who do not use seats).
Number of items －－－ One item other than your personal belongings such as handbag and umbrella
Weight －－－ 10 kg or less
Size －－－ The total of length, width and depth is 115cm or less 55cm x 40cm x 25cm or less

However, it is limited to items that can be stored safely in the compartment or under the seat in front of you.

Please note that the FLY WITH PET! service (Japanese Only) provideby StarFlyer is not available for flights with an ANA flight number.

Air cargo

Cannot be used.

Lounge

ANA Premium members, ANA Card Premium members, and customers with Star Alliance Gold status may access the ANA Lounge if they are boarding a flight that has an ANA flight number. Please proceed to the reception area and present your Premium status card and boarding pass. For details, please refer to the ANA Lounge Service page.

Cabin attendants

Only StarFlyer cabin attendants are on-board.

In-flight services

Hot and cold beverages, picture books and more are available free of charge. We offer ANA in-flight magazine "Tsubasa no Okoku."
Service standards of StarFlyer shall apply.
(In-flight purchases do not apply.)

No smoking / Smoking

All seats are no smoking.

Mileage Premium Point accrual

This service only applies to flights with ANA flight numbers.Accruing miles and using awards are available for members other than ANA Mileage Club.

For disabled customers

If you fall under any of the following categories, please contact the "ANA Disability Desk" or ANA Domestic Flights Reservation and Information Center after your reservation. (Depending on the condition, Oriental Air Bridge flights might not be available.)

Customers who are severely ill, who cannot walk alone, who use electric wheel chairs, who are completely blind (boarding alone), or who use medical oxygen tanks.

For Premium Member

Premium Members who travel on StarFlyer (SFJ)-operated Japan domestic codeshare flights under an ANA flight number will be unable to use any of the following Premium Member services at Haneda Airport.

Lounge Access

Lounges at Haneda Airport (ANA SUITE LOUNGE, ANA LOUNGE, ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE) are not available.

Priority Check-in Counter

ANA SUITE CHECK-IN and ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN at Haneda Airport are not available.

Exclusive security checkpoint

ANA SUITE CHECK-IN and ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN at Haneda Airport are not available.

Lounge

ANA Premium Members (primary member and their accompanying passengers), ANA Super Flyers Card members (primary member and their accompanying passengers), and ANA Card Premium Members (primary member) can use the lounge when using an ANA flight number. Please present your Premium Members status Card and boarding pass on which your flight can be confirmed to a member of staff at the lounge reception.
