Japan domestic fares applicable to flights boarding up to MM DD, YY will be closed for new bookings, ticketing and boarding on MM DD, YY(before).
Your ticket cannot be used for reservation changes or flights boarding on/after MM DD, YY, even if it is still valid.
Refunds for flight tickets are accepted on the ANA website until MM DD, YY. If you wish to receive a refund on/after MM DD, YY, please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center*.
Customers who were issued tickets from anywhere other than the ANA website should contact the place of purchase.

The service will be applicable to flights boarding until MM DD, YY.
A specified fee will be charged for refunds to flight tickets that have been purchased (not applicable when only a reservation has been made). Please note that the fee may vary by fare type.
When a refund is granted, 440 JPY will be charged per flight ticket / fee ticket (1 sector).
If you request a refund for a ticket with one of the fares below at the same time as doing so for a return journey or connecting sector, you will be asked to pay a fee of 440 JPY for the pair of sectors.

The following are special responses if you are unable to travel because of illness or injury.
You can change to another flight within 30 days of your booked flight departure date.
You can get a full refund with no refund or cancellation charges incurred.
The special cases for changes and refunds of reservations is only available if you contact us prior to the departure of your booked flight and before you make the refund.
Please note that reservations that have already been refunded are not eligible.
If changes or refunds are made due to illness or other reasons, a medical certificate or other documentation from a physician must be provided, clearly stating that boarding according to the original itinerary is not possible.
Eligible documents: Medical certificate, hospitalization certificates, discharge certificates, etc.
Ineligible documents: Hospitalization plans, medical statements, receipts, results of medical examinations, prescriptions, etc.
Procedures can be completed via the Inquiry Form, the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center and airport counters for ANA Japan domestic flights.
Award tickets can be processed via the Inquiry Form and the ANA Domestic Reservation and Information Center.
