Information

Japan domestic fares applicable to flights boarding up to MM DD, YY will be closed for new bookings, ticketing and boarding on MM DD, YY(before).
Your ticket cannot be used for reservation changes or flights boarding on/after MM DD, YY, even if it is still valid.
Refunds for flight tickets are accepted on the ANA website until MM DD, YY. If you wish to receive a refund on/after MM DD, YY, please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center*.

Conditions

Applicable to residents of the remote islands of Hokkaido, Tokyo, Nagasaki, and Okinawa who are 3 years of age and older flying in Economy Class seats.

Please present the card required for discount application upon ticket purchase or when undertaking boarding procedures. Alternatively, you can present your ANA Mileage Club Card instead if you have completed "Islands Discount Registration" there for. Otherwise, the discount will not be applied.

Reservation and Purchasing Period

From 09:30 (JST) 355 days prior to the departure date up to the departure date itself.

Payment Deadline

When reserving multiple flights which have different payment deadlines, the earliest payment deadline will be applied to the entire reservation.

Validity Period

Tickets are valid for 1 year (up and including the same date as that of ticket issue one year later) from their date of issue (date of purchase*). Reserved tickets are valid only for the concerned flight, so if they are not changed or cancelled prior to the departure of the concerned flight, they may not be used for any other flights.

For tickets purchased at convenient stores, the date of purchase is the date on which payment is actually received.

Changes

The reservation and the name of the passenger cannot be changed. Even if seats are available on an earlier flight to the same destination on the departure date, changes cannot be made.

Fare adjustment is required when the fare of the purchased ticket and that of the actual flight differs.

Passengers can change to Premium Class for an additional fee at the airport on the departure date if Premium Class seats are available.

Refunds

Refunds can be applied for up until 30 days after the flight ticket's expiration.

If your membership number changes after completing "Islands Discount Registration" for your ANA Mileage Club card, you will need to register again. For details, see the "Information for customers with newly issued cards."
When selecting [Islands Ticket] for passengers aged 3 to 11 years old, [Flex Child Fare] will be automatically applied if it is lower.
Please note that new reservations and ticketing and automatic application of Child Fares for flights departing on or after March 31, 2024, will no longer be available as of January 31, 2024.
