As of September 12, 2023, purchase of Domestic Flights tickets by bank transfer has been discontinued. Please use other payment methods.
The available payment locations for reservations made via the ANA website will change as of April 1, 2020.

Due to the specified application deadlines, some payment methods may not be available for some itineraries.

Please note that tickets reserved through the ANA website cannot be purchased at travel agencies.

We kindly request that you make your purchase via the ANA website (including convenience store, online transfer, bank transfer and Pay-Easy ATM payment).

Online payment

Payment Methods	Payment Procedure
Credit Card *2	Payment will be deducted from your credit card account on the prescribed date (lump-sum payments only).
ANA SKY COINS	You can convert your miles to ANA SKY COINS to make payment. You can also use your credit card as a supplementary payment option.
PayPal *2	Customers with a PayPal account can use the PayPal online payment service.
Internet Banking	Please remit payment online to the designated account. Before using this service, please register for your financial institution's Internet banking service.

The option of paying at Seven-Eleven, Daily Yamazaki, Yamazaki Daily Stores, and Seicomart is only available through the Japanese ANA website.

Payment at Lawson, MINISTOP, FamilyMart	Issue an application ticket or receipt slip from a multimedia terminal set up in a convenience store and take it to the register.
Payment at Seven-Eleven	Please print out a copy of the payment slip (if you cannot make a copy, please prepare the 13-digit payment slip number) and bring it to the Seven-Eleven store. You can also obtain a payment slip number using your smartphone.
Payment at Daily Yamazaki or Yamazaki Daily Stores	Print out your payment number using your printer and take it to a store. You can also obtain an online payment number using your smartphone.
Payment at Seicomart	Take the barcode or online transaction number to the register. You can also obtain the barcode or online transaction number using your smartphone.

Payment Methods	Payment Procedure
Bank Transfer As of September 12, 2023, purchase of Domestic Flights tickets by bank transfer has been discontinued. Please use other payment methods.	Please remit funds to the designated account using your local bank ATM or from your bank's website.
Pay-Easy ATM Payments	Please make payment by cash card or cash at an ATM that supports Pay-Easy at Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking, MUFG Bank, Resona Bank, or Japan Post Bank.

Payment can be made at an ANA domestic airport counter. Cash, credit cards and similar such means of payment are accepted.
For online banking, payment at a convenience store and via Pay-Easy, the payment deadlines of various fares may differ.Please complete the payment by the deadline shown on the screen.

Your flight ticket will be issued on the "date of credit card payment settlement" or "date of cash payment verification by ANA".

Obtaining an e-Ticket (itinerary)

Notes

As of August 31, 2023, purchase of International Flights tickets by bank transfer has been discontinued. Please use other payment methods.

Passengers wishing to use different payment methods should complete the reservation process separately.
Internet banking, bank transfers and convenience store payments cannot be accepted for itineraries that include code share flights operated by another airline or other airline flight numbers.
Due to the specified application deadlines, some payment methods may not be available for some itineraries.
Available payment methods are dependent on your itinerary.

Purchases made at ANA by phone or the airport counter will incur a Ticket Service Charge.
International Flight Tickets can be purchased at the International Flights counter at Narita, Haneda and Kansai Airports.

Payment Methods for ANA Website International Flight Reservation & Purchasing Service

Credit Card *1	The amount will be charged to your credit card on the specified date. For information on installment payments and revolving payments, please see Credit Card Payment Service.
ANA SKY COINS	You can use ANA SKY COINS to make payments. The remaining balance that cannot be paid by ANA SKY COINS must be paid by credit card.
PayPal *2	Customers with a PayPal account can use the PayPal online payment service.
Internet Bank Transfer *3	Customers who have completed Internet banking registration with an eligible banking institution can make bank transfers over the Internet.
Bank Transfer As of August 31, 2023, purchase of International Flights tickets by bank transfer has been discontinued.Please use other payment methods.	This service is available for MUFG Bank, Mizuho Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking customers. Please transfer funds to the designated account using your local bank ATM or your Internet banking page.
Payment at Seven-Eleven *4	Please print out the payment coupon, or take note and bring the number (13 digits) on it with you to a store.
Payment at LAWSON, MINISTOP, FamilyMart, and Seicomart *4	Use the Store's Multimedia Terminal or enter the online payment number (11 digits) at the register.
Payment at Daily Yamazaki, and Yamazaki Daily Stores*4	Print out your payment number using your printer and take it to a store.

Obtaining an e-Ticket (itinerary)

After completing your purchase on the ANA Website, a flight ticket (e-Ticket) will be issued. Once this is issued, you will receive an e-Ticket itinerary receipt by email.
