This convenient payment method enables you to pay with your credit card (single lump-sum payments only for Japan domestic flights). The relevant amount will be deducted from the bank account associated with your credit card on the designated date. (The date of settlement will be the date of purchase.)
The following credit cards and prepaid cards can be used.
Regarding debit cards, only those with a VISA or Mastercard logo can be used.
A receipt can be obtained on the ANA website and Self Service Check-in machine.
If authentication with"Security Code"is used, payments made by anyone other than the passenger are also accepted.
Payments using ANA Pay (virtual prepaid card) are also accepted. Please be aware that there is a maximum top-up limit and a maximum balance limit for ANA Pay. Check the payment instructions of the online store for details on how to pay with ANA Pay.
When making a reservation on the ANA website, please select Credit Card as your payment method and then enter the credit card number, expiration date, Security Code and the name on the card.
The ANA website offers payer authentication services based on the online payment security protocol 3-D Secure.
On some devices, the verification code entry field may not be displayed on the ANA App.
In this case, please complete the procedure in your browser.
To board the plane, you need to present your credit card and ANA Mileage Club card, or the confirmation number and the reservation number.Please have either of the information ready when arriving at the airport.
If you are unable to present any of the above, you may be required to purchase the ticket at a fare available on the day of boarding. Please see the "Online check-in" for details of the boarding process.

Please note that the reservation period and ticket payment period may be restricted in some cases depending on fare types.
Changes/cancellation after payment
You can cancel the payment online or at an ANA Reservation and Information Center.A refund, if any, will be made to your credit card.
Specified processing fees (refund fee and cancellation fee) will be charged for refund.
The amount will be refunded to your account on the date designated by the credit card company. We thank you for your understanding.
When you use this service, payment is completed at the time you make a reservation without requiring a signature.

Once you have selected your desired flight, please specify a payment method (credit card payment) for your flight ticket(s).
After confirming your reservation details and payment amount, please enter your credit card number, expiration date, security code and cardholder information to make your payment.
We ensure that your security is maintained when you pay via credit card using an SSL (secure socket layer) encryption system.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a "Your e-Ticket Passenger Receipt (Itinerary)" and "Credit Card Customer Receipt." Please make sure you print these out and bring them with you to the airport.
You may be asked to present the credit card used to make your ticket purchase at the time of check-in.If you are unable to present the card, you may be denied boarding for your reserved flight.
A set fee will be charged for changes and cancellations made after an application has been confirmed.

Reservations made or changed over the phone with ANA representatives or at counters cannot be paid for on the ANA website.
If the issuing country of a credit card used to make a purchase is different to the designated country/region of the ANA website accessed, a foreign transaction fee may be charged in accordance with the agreement concluded between the card issuer and the customer.
For information about foreign transaction fees, please inquire with your credit card issuer directly.
Please note that this handling fee is non-refundable.
