Online Receipt Service

(for flights taken by May 18, 2026)
15 months after ticket purchase (14 months if issued at the airport), Web-based receipt service is available.

(for flights departing on or after May 19, 2026)
Receipt Web Display Service is available from the date of purchase until 90 days after the boarding date of the last segment of the itinerary.

Boarding Certificate Service

Boarding certificates are available 24 hours a day from the ANA app and ANA website.

Boarding certificates can be issued after boarding and for 15 months after the date of ticket purchase.

From May 19, 2026 for acceptance, the ticket can be issued 12 months from the boarding date and after boarding (only for the portion purchased with e-ticket).
