Flow of Procedures to Change (Transfer) to ANA Flights (PC page)

Within a Japan domestic flight, select Reservation Confirmation/Purchase/Changes/Seat Reservation from the Flights Boarding until MM DD, YY tab under Japan Domestic Reservation Confirmation to search for the reservation of the transfer flight.

At the top of the Reservation Details screen, select the orange To Transfer button.

Select the Change button for the itinerary you wish to alter.

The Seat Availability Result screen will be displayed. Please select the flight you wish to change to from those with seats available, and click Next at the bottom of the screen.

Please check that your selected flight is displayed and then click Next.

After confirming the information before and after the change, click Next.

The Fare Difference Adjustment screen will be displayed. (As it is a flight transfer, a fare difference will not be incurred.)

Upon confirming the details of your change, check "I have read and agreed to the information provided herein." and click the Change button.

The flight change (transfer) is complete.

Within a Japan domestic flight, select List of Reservations, Reservation Number or Ticket Number from the Flights Boarding on/after MM DD, YY tab under Japan Domestic Reservation Confirmation to search for the reservation of the transfer flight.

Select Change Reservation from Menu at the top of the Reservation Summary Confirmation screen, or select Change Reservation at the right of the Reservation Summary Confirmation screen.

Check the Select Item to Change checkbox for the itinerary you want to change and select the Next button.

The search criteria screen will be displayed on the right.Select any criteria you want to change and then click the Search button.

The Seat Availability Result screen will be displayed. Please select a transfer destination from the flights that have seats available.

Please check that your selected flight is displayed and then click Next.

The Fare Difference Adjustment screen will be displayed. (As it is a flight transfer, a fare difference will not be incurred.) After reviewing the information before and after the change, check the "I have reviewed and agree to all items stated." checkbox and select Next.

A screen for confirming the change procedure will be displayed. Click the Confirm button.

The flight change (transfer) is complete.
