Passenger Information Registration

You will require an ANA Mileage Club Card to register your passenger information.
You can register your passenger information free of charge.
You will need to re-register your passenger information should your ANA Mileage Club membership number change.

Information

Due to changes in the Japan domestic flight system, on and after May 29, 2025 (from flights boarding May 19, 2026), if you have multiple membership numbers under the same name with different information registered for Disability Discount or Islands Discount, the respective information for Disability Discount and Island Discount will be merged into the information on the main card. For details, please contact the ANA Passenger Information Registration Office.

Passenger Information Registration Process

1.If you are not an ANA Mileage Club member, please join the ANA Mileage Club first

You can join the ANA Mileage Club from the home page.

Once you have joined on the home page, your "Membership No.*" will be displayed on the "Registration Completion" screen.

Make sure to keep this number in a safe place as you will require it to register your passenger information.

If you are applying with an ANA Mileage Club enrollment form, please send the form to the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

2.Applying to Register Passenger Information

This can be done by post or at an ANA domestic airport counter.

You can register Caregiver's Fare information by post or online, but not at airport counters. Please see Guide to Caregiver's Fare Information Registration for further details.

Fill in the required items on the application form, and post it together with the required documentation.

It will take a maximum of 8 days or so from application until your information is registered.

Please send a copy of a page containing the following information together with a completed application form.

Passengers with an Identification Booklet for Persons with Physical Disabilities, War Injury and Sickness Certification Booklet, or Rehabilitation Certification Booklet

Caregiver's Fare (Caregiver's Fare information registration)

Registration requests can be made online or by post.

Due to the highly sensitive nature of the personal information involved, this cannot be done at either ANA airport counters or travel agencies.

New reservations, ticketing and flight boarding will cease for Caregiver's Fare boarding up on/after May 19, 2026.

New Caregiver's Fare Information Registration will end on May 10, 2026.

Your ticket cannot be used for reservation changes or flights boarding on/after May 19, 2026, even if it is still valid.

Senior Special / Youth Special (date of birth registration)

Please send official documentation (Health insurance ID card*1, Driver's license, Passport, etc.) or Student ID card containing your date of birth as proof of age (1 item), together with the completed application form.

Registration is not required for ANA Card (credit card) holders, as their date of birth is confirmed upon card enrollment.

If you send a copy of your health insurance card by post, please black out the identifier, number and insured person's ID number (including the QR code if there is one) so that they cannot be recognized.

Islands Ticket (Islands Ticket Registration)

Please send a completed application form with a copy of the relevant card (front and reverse sides) enclosed.

Rishiri Island Ticket: Discount identification card for island residents or discount identification card for persons with semi-resident status
Hachijojima Island Ticket: Air travel discount identification card for residents of remote islands in the Tokyo metropolitan area
Nagasaki Islands Ticket: Discount identification card for remote island residents
Okinawa Islands Ticket: Discount identification card for residents of remote islands in Okinawa Prefecture or certificate verifying change of address to an island eligible for said card

3.Registration Completion

After confirming your application form and the required documentation, we will provide registration completion notification by post to the address provided on the form.

Please come to a domestic airport counter with your ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card and the documentation required for information registration.
